We specialise in rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals, providing safe, spacious accommodation and personalised care. We are fully insured and licensed by Leeds City Council, giving owners complete peace of mind while they are away. Every guest is treated as one of our own and enjoys a calm, caring environment throughout their stay.
Accommodation:
Our guests enjoy spacious 6ft, 7ft and luxury 8ft accommodations designed with comfort and welfare in mind. All lodges are secure, weatherproof and cleaned daily. Fresh hay, enrichment activities and comfortable resting areas are provided, along with complimentary hand-blended forage during every stay. Accommodation is suitable for single pets, bonded pairs and small groups where appropriate.
Exercise:
Rabbits and guinea pigs receive daily enrichment and exercise opportunities tailored to their individual needs. We provide tunnels, toys, forage activities and plenty of space to explore safely. We encourage natural behaviours such as foraging, digging and investigating, helping guests stay active and relaxed throughout their holiday.
Health & Hygiene:
The health and welfare of our guests is our highest priority. Accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays and checked daily. Fresh food and water are provided every day. Rabbits boarding from 1st August 2026 must be vaccinated with both Nobivac Myxo-RHD Plus and Yurvac RHD. Medication can be administered according to owner instructions where required.
Small Pet Boarding Prices
6ft Lodge: £10 per night for 1 rabbit, £12 per night for 2 rabbits.
7ft Lodge: £12 per night for 1 rabbit, £14 per night for 2 rabbits.
Luxury 8ft Lodge with Annex: £16 per night for 1 rabbit, £18 per night for 2 rabbits.
Guinea pigs and other small animals are welcome. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

In addition to boarding, we offer grooming and wellness treatments including nail clipping, scent gland cleaning, rabbit and guinea pig grooming, and luxury spa treatments. We also stock our own hand-blended forage mixes and natural treats. Complimentary forage is provided to all boarding guests during their stay. Rabbit introductions and bonding support may also be available by arrangement.

I didn't end up using the boarding service for our hamster, so I can't comment on the quality of care provided. This review is based solely on my experience with the booking process and customer service. I cancelled my booking within three hours of making it, a full month before the boarding date, as a friend offered to look after our pet. I politely asked whether my £15 deposit could be refunded. I was initially told that it would be and was even asked to provide my bank details for the refund. I followed up the next day and again about a week later but received no response. It was only after I said I intended to leave a negative review that I received a reply, informing me that the deposit would not be refunded after all. I found the lack of communication and the change in position disappointing, particularly as I had cancelled almost immediately and with a month's notice before the booking. I was also told that I could not leave a review because I hadn't used the boarding service. I agree that I can't comment on the care provided, which is why this review relates only to my booking and customer service experience.

Boarders Response:"Cancellations can have a big impact on a small business, even if they are made a few days after booking as you did. That's why our terms make it clear that deposits to reserve your space are non refundable. I understand you were disappointed we wouldn't make an exception though, and I appreciate you taking time to leave feedback. "
