About our Small Pet Boarding
RabbitsGuinea PigsHamsters, Mice etc.Having previously run Hillcrest Petcare, I’m delighted to be reopening and returning to something I truly enjoy, caring for animals and giving owners peace of mind while they are away from home. Many of our customers travel from Torquay, Brixham, Newton Abbot and across South Devon for our calm, home-based boarding service.
As a small-scale service, I am able to offer a more personal approach than larger boarding facilities. Each pet is cared for individually, with time taken to understand their needs, routines and preferences to help them feel as settled and comfortable as possible.
I take pride in providing a clean, secure and quiet environment where your pets’ welfare always comes first. Whether it’s feeding, cleaning, daily checks or gentle strokes and cuddles, every aspect of their routine is carried out with attention and care.

I've left my two guinea pigs for a few days, very welcoming boarding place, the guinea pigs seemed really happy there and I got pictures and updates every day when I was away. Will definitely use again!

My two guinea pigs had the best time at HillCrest Petcare. They were so happy and extremely well looked after. Wendy is so lovely and clearly loves all the animals she cares for. It was one less thing to worry about whilst on holiday. I will definitely be booking my guinea pigs for another stay in the future.

The rabbit accommodation is great, and feel that Betty and Harry were really well cared for. We loved getting sent videos and pictures of them while away, and would be happy to use Hillcrest Petcare again.

Absolutely brilliant boarding experience for our two bunny rabbits. They stayed for two nights and had a huge, secure outdoor living area. They were clearly very well cared for and came home happy and settled. Highly recommend!âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

We couldn't have asked for better care for Willow while we were away. Wendy provided a clean, safe and secure environment with plenty of enrichment, and it was clear Willow was very well looked after. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hillcrest Petcare and will definitely use them again. Thank you Wendy.

Boarders Response:Thank you so much, Willow is so beautiful I loved having her stay. Looking forward to seeing her again soon. Wendy
Wendy was simply fantastic in looking after our 4 rabbits and 2 guineas whilst we moved house. They looked so happy in all the pictures sent in their new palaces. Accommodation was excellent and inspired me to think how our new rabbit accommodation should look like. Highly recommended. My daughters commented how all the pets looked like they had gained weight ðŸ˜
