My aim is to provide a home away from home experience for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs in my indoor and outdoor, luxury, themed, heated and non-heated boarding facilities. Whether you are going on holiday, have ill health or have a business trip, I will be happy to accommodate your fluffy loved ones! I have no minimum or maximum length of stay.

Since opening in July 2022, I have accommodated over 70 pets!

I currently accommodate Rabbits and Guinea Pigs, with limited space for Tortoise's and Rodents!

About Me:
I have always been passionate about caring for animals! As a child, I grew up surrounded by a number of different animals - we had family pets and we regularly stay with family in Cumbria near a farm, so have been around livestock and other animals for a very long time.

📚: Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Animal Care and Management providing me with the experience of caring for a wide range of exotic and domestic species.

Accommodation:

I have four purpose-built pens, indoors, suitable for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.
🏠: 3.5ft x 3.5ft x 2ft indoor pens (x2) (January - December)
🏠: 6ft x 2.5ft x 2ft indoor pens (x2) (January - December)
I have three purpose-built pens, outdoors, suitable for Rabbits only.
🏠: 5ft x 3ft cabins (May - September)
Rabbits Only.

The main boarding room is attached to our home, in an insulated, heated room. The building is alarmed 24/7 and CCTV is in operation at all entrances and exits.
Our Whiskers Warren is at the bottom of the garden, with natural lighting, ventilation, locked at all times, CCTV and alarmed at all times. Our themed pens have no heating, so are only open from May to September! They are suitable large breeds of Rabbits or large groups of Rabbits!
Our cabins are taking bookings from 1st May 2024!

Exercise:

Supervised Outdoor Adventure Time!
Outdoors I have two hexagonal runs, suitable for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs; one 8ft x 2.5ft run with a roof, suitable for large breeds of Rabbits, one 8ft x 4ft wooden run, with a roof, suitable for Rabbits or Guinea Pigs and one 6ft x 2ft run with roof, suitable for Rabbits or Guinea Pigs.

Weather permitting, your pets will enjoy supervised outdoor adventure time in one of our runs which can either be placed on the grass or our slabbed patio.

Health & Hygiene:

Vaccinations:
🐰: Myxomatosis, RVHD and RVHD2
I DO NOT accept Rabbits into my boarding facilities without proof of vaccinations against Myxomatosis, RVHD and RVHD2. All Rabbits must be vaccinated at least three weeks before arrival.

If illness occurs with your pets during their stay, I will contact you immediately and I will get your pet to our local vets. Any medical fees that occur are expected to be paid upon collection time.

Pens are disinfected frequently throughout your pets stay and in between bookings.

Small Pet Boarding Prices

Small Pet Boarding Prices:
Guinea Pig Boarding - from £6 per day.
Rabbit Boarding - from £8 per day.

Prices include luxury accommodation, bedding (shavings or megazorb), hay, fruits, vegetables, herbs, healthy forage, supervised outdoor adventure time and a complimentary groom.
I DO NOT provide dry pellets - this is something you need to bring along with you.

A 50% non-refundable, transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit secures your booking; therefore, if it is not paid within 48hrs of booking the dates may be passed onto another client. We accept bank transfer as a payment method to pay both deposits and remaining balances.

Other Services

Services: GroomingClaw Clipping

I provide a complimentary grooming and claw clipping service, free of charge to all of our guests, and a small fee for non-boarding guests. Please let us know when booking boarding, if this service is something you are interested in. Daily grooms or weekly grooms are available!

Small Pet Grooming and Nail Services:
Claw Clipping: £4 per pet.
Full Groom: from £6 per pet
Matt Removal: from £8 per pet.

All bookings must be paid for upfront, with an 80% refund if cancelled.
