It was the first time we have left our 🐹 hamster. Debbie was very reassuring she provided regular photo updates so we could tell Maple was happy. Debbie was caring for a variety of animals at the same time (cats, rabbits and birds) yer they all were calm rlaxed and content even when curious to check out the new arrivals which is a real indicator of her ability to care for them. Would definitely use again.

First time my 3 rabbits have had to go into boarding. Debbie was great from day one. After dropping them off for 2 weeks we received regular updates and photographs. Would definitely recommend D&H and we have booked again for another bunny holiday.

Have been away on holiday for 11 days and was recommended to have our rabbit Ruthie board with Debbie. We were very happy with the care that was given to Ruthie, especially as she stopped eating on her 5th day. Debbie discussed with me what she felt was the right thing to do which was to take Ruthie to the Vet. We were in full agreement with her and Ruthie had 2 visits to the Vet. Debbie watched over Ruthie and sent us regular pics and updates. Thankfully Ruthie got over this and she settled down at Debbie's, and even made friends with Debbie's cats. We would highly recommend Debbie to anyone wishing to board their rabbits.

D&H HOLIDAY PET CARE IS THE REAL DEAL! Thank you for taking such great care of Izzy while we were away. We were pleased to see her 'sneaky, cheeky, and posey' photos...she was well taken care of. I turned to Debbie as I was very stressed trying to bond my two buns together, she said she has bonded a few pairs but never professionally and would try give it a go. The full time the buns were there they were safe and happy. I got daily updates and messages about how they were doing. I would definitely recommend she is lovely and really tried her best, they are now bonded and love being together at home! I will definitely come back if I need boarding. Couldn't be more grateful with everything she did 🐰ðŸ'—

Would highly recommend! Our bunny stayed in the free roam indoor section over Christmas. Despite Debbie being run off her feet, we still received photos daily and he was even sent home with a little Xmas gift which I thought was such a lovely touch. Our bunny was poorly leading up to his stay so I was worried, but Debbie was so knowledgeable and caring towards him so I had nothing to worry about. If we go away again, I would not hesitate in booking Felix in again. Thank you D&H holiday pet care x

Absolutely fantastic! Great communication from the initial enquiry and an extremely professional service. This was the first time leaving my house rabbit with somebody else. Debbie was very friendly and had everything ready to make my rabbit feel settled. It was reassuring to know that Debbie's daughter is a Vet nurse. We received lovely updates whilst we were away. Our rabbit made friends with Debbie's cat and did not want to leave! Una will definitely be back for her holidays!

Debbie was amazing looking after my 4 elderly rats while I was on holiday. She sent lots of updates and also cared for them wonderfully during the heat wave. I would definitely board with Debbie again, it was a relief knowing they were so well cared for while being away.

I would recommend D & H Holiday Pet Care to anyone. They have looked after my cats for the last 4 years and done a superb job! I can tell they love animals so much and go above and beyond to take care of pets in their care. I arrange my holidays around them now as wouldn't want to start looking anywhere else.
