I brought my two rabbits to Sue for her rabbit bonding service and it's probably the best decision I've ever made. Sue was so helpful and friendly, sending me messages, photos, and videos on a regular basis so I could see how my bunnies were getting on. I was given loads of great advice for what to do to continue their bonding when I brought them home - so far so good! :D I can't thank Sue enough for all her help. If I lived closer, I wouldn't hesitate to leave any of my pets with her.

Sue at Happy Hoppers took in my 2 bunnies for a week's holiday and they were clearly well looked after and cared for. I would definitely recommend Sue to anyone needing accommodation for their rabbits. She also provides a grooming service and advice which is great to know as there are not many places around that offer this for small pets. Thank you Sue for taking care of them.

I couldn't have wished for a better experience, both for my rabbits, Amy & George, and myself. Sue is extremely knowledgeable and very successful at bonding rabbits. I had tried to do it, but wasn't successful - within a day or so, Sue had Amy & George snuggling together! Sue kept me updated with regular photos, videos and messages, and her aftercare information is invaluable. The charges for the bonding service are also very reasonable. Two weeks after returning home, Amy & George are firm friends, and thanks to Sue's advice, I'm not at all worried about the occasional hump or any dominant behaviour displayed by George - rabbits will always form a hierarchy. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Happy Hoppers for any service required, be it bonding or boarding - Sue is brilliant!

I took my 3 to Sue to be bonded after a nasty accident happened when I tried, I was super nervous that this would be a set back but Sue worked her magic and all 3 are home getting on really well. I sent my 4 bunnies to sue for bonding and was quite worried about them as I have a ‘problematic' bunny in the group when it comes to other buns but she was absolutely amazing with them. Prior to the visit I was able to discuss and questions and concerns with Sue and she was extremely helpful. I received updates and pictures twice a day whilst they were with her and was really impressed with her care she provided. My buns are home now and doing well, I would definitely recommend 😊🐰

Amazing amazing amazing!!! I cannot thank Sue at Happy Hoppers Pet Care & Boarding enough🤩 My bunnies Shelby & Marshall stayed with Sue for a week to start their bonding journey. I was updated daily on their progress, sent plenty of videos and pictures of what they were up to and Sue gave me complete relief and reassurance they were in safe hands! The buns have been back home with me for just over a week now and they are doing amazing together, Shelby, Marshall and I couldn't be happier❤️ Sue also provides a guide to help with aftercare to continue with the successful bond at home and was readily available when I needed to ask any questions! Sue was absolutely brilliant with Louis V my rabbit. I have never left him with anyone before let alone in boarding , and I was a little anxious . After reading about Sue and her previous experiences with small Animals my mind was at rest . Sue sent me pictures everyday or when ever I was missing Louis whilst I was on holiday via watts app . Five stars for me . Louis looked happy every time I saw him in the pictures , he had so much space and all his toys and chews and plenty of hay . I recommend Happy Hoppers to anyone that needs to leave their Rabbit whilst on holidays . I really enjoyed my holiday with out worrying about Louis. I arranged a time to drop him off and pick him up with Sue . It's simple and easy service and price is reasonable . 😊

I used Sue to rebond my three bunnies, she was beyond amazing. Her knowledge of bunnies of all breeds, her care and communication cannot be rivalled. I had anxiety leaving my bunnies with a stranger but as soon as I arrived to drop them off I felt I had known her years, she was so caring and compassionate. I knew they would do well. Her set ups for the bonding is brilliant and the number of texts, pictures and videos I received of my tinkers while in her care was reassuring and a brilliant service. I was so pleased to know how they were doing and she was honest and sure to tell me the challenges they were still facing, as we all know bonding is not all sunshine and rainbows. I am so very pleased I found her service and would highly recommend to anyone else needing bonding or boarding. It's so lovely to have met someone else so passionate about the right care for bunnies. It was with some worry that we sent our original rabbit Arlo and new rabbit Daisy to Susan to be bonded. Since last May when we lost Arlo's partner Dotty, we have tried 2 rabbits both of which Arlo refused to share his space with and became quite depressed. We found Susan's website and contacted her and she was prompt and kind with her responses.. We were lucky enough to secure a date for bonding at the end of April. Susan was calm and kept us up to date with developments. She gave advice on returning them home after keeping them for a week at Happy Hoppers and has been available to give extra advice via text when we were uncertain of behaviours. Rabbits are so complex, but Susan has absolute understanding of them and Arlo and Daisy are doing well. We are continuing her work at home and are very grateful. Thank you so much from Arlo and Daisy ...here's hoping to a happy life together ❤

Fabulous experience. Was very nervous to bond my bunnies myself so looked into professional bonding. Communication before booking was excellent and continued throughout the process. Drop off was easy. Multiple videos sent each day by Sue to reassure me that things were progressing and our bunnies were settled. First videos came through within the first half an hour of them arriving! So reassured throughout. We can't thank Happy Hoppers enough for bonding our bunnies! Sue had my 4 bunnies for 2 weeks 2 girls and 2 boys, I had updates and we chatted daily with live videos of them. My mind was at peace and I knew they were in the best hands. I collected them and brought them back to Bournemouth all together and in the same cage. At home I followed sue's guidance and she was on hand anytime I needed a word. They are outdoor bunnies and I have a camera set up in their playhouse. They live together play together and eat together. I can't thank Sue enough for bonding them all and it goes without saying that if I ever add to my gang, I would go to Sue at Happy Hoppers.

Really impressed with the service Sue offers. She is very helpful and accommodating. This is the second time we have left our rabbit and can not believe the difference in him when he comes home. He is happy and contented. At his previous boardings he seemed upset, angry and depressed hence we looked for another boarder. She also sends a photo and update to show how he has settled in. Our two guinea pigs had a lovely stay with Happy Hoppers! Sue is extremely knowledgable about caring for lots of animals which is the reason I chose to use her services. They were very well looked after and we had regular updates on how they were during their stay. Sue also offered other services such as health checks and nail clipping. We were extremely pleased with the service provided at Happy Hoppers Pet Care. Sue was very accommodating and we were able to take our guinea pigs in to stay with her on the same day of booking (due to last minute changes of plans). My two rabbits have stayed a few times now at Happy hoppers with Sue. Fantastic contact from sue, and photo up dates I think my rabbits enjoy being there more than at home! I will continue to send them there

Amazing - sent my bunnies to Happy Hoppers for a week to be bonded and I cannot recommend enough!! They went as two separate bunnies and came home so in love with each other, they cuddle, groom, play and love each other so much now 🥰🥰 Sue sent me photos and updates every day and was so friendly and answered any questions i had. Sue is worth the world in gold for what she does 🌍❤️

From the very first contact with Sue, it was clear she knew what she was talking about and when my partner dropped the buns off for bonding he phoned me and said “she's definitely in the right job! She was so genuinely excited to meet them all and they're definitely going to be fine.” Sue then regularly kept me up to date with loads of photos and videos, letting me know how they were all doing, if they were eating and drinking, etc. I'm such an overprotective pet mumma and I honestly didn't worry a second whilst they were in Sue's care. The aftercare advice I've received over the last couple of days has been amazing, too! It gives me such confidence knowing she's just a message away! I can't recommend her enough and will definitely book them in for their holidays when we go away! Thank you so much, we're both so grateful for our 5 bonded buns and they're looking forward to coming back when we go on holidays!

Sue is amazing, our bunnies went to stay for 9 days to be bonded. This was so they could live together once we took them home. Wow, success, here we are one month later. I'm so happy how this has work out with our 6 year old netherland dwarf male and lion head female 3 and a half, a rescue rabbit. they had both lost partners. Now they are no longer sad and lonely rabbits. Our family call them our snuggle bunnies. Sue is a miracle worker, I would highly recommend her. Sam Shaw.

Have received excellent service from day 1. Had issue with one of my guinea pigs before I used her services. Help was given over the phone and even made home visit. As they was ill she took them into care. Monitoring them every hour. Even took them to local vets for treatment. Both recovered well but only with help. Since then use Sue for clipping nails and booking them in when we are away. I can see they enjoy the stay and get regular updates via WhatsApp. Highly recommended. Communication is excellent and always on hand. Thank you for your services.

Our rabbit Benji has boarded twice this summer with Sue and I can't thank her enough for having him to stay. I used the services of Happy Hoppers this summer to house my two guinea pigs for one week. Sue, the vetinary nurse and owner was so sweet sending WhatsApp photos/videos for my daughter who was missing her pigs dearly. Our pigs looked happy and content upon collection.
