About our Small Pet Boarding

I have many years looking after animals, I will provide a home from home for your animals. I have also worked with animals at a Farm Attraction for over 3 years. I also hold the following qualifications
-Diploma in Pet Sitting and Dog walking .
-Level 3 Certificate in Farm Animal Care & Welfare.

**WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO TAKE HENS FOR BOARDING DUE TO CHANGES IN THE LICENCE THEY ARE NOW CLASSED AS 'GATHERINGS' THE CRITERIA IN THE LICENCE HAVE MADE IT IMPOSIBLE**

Accommodation:

You can bring your own accommodation.
Hutches rabbits or guineapigs:
I provide a 5ft hutch with sleeping section or 5ft two Story hutch. Secure exercise run for daily exercise with shelter.
In winter all hutches are insulated with extra bedding in the lodge shed. Exercise can be in the shed when weather won't allow outside exercise.

Exercise:

Rabbits and Guinea pigs exercised in a secure area within the fully fenced garden. Specialist rabbit/guinea pig run approximate dimensions W122 x D61cm.
All animals excercised in their own pen unless they come in bonded pairs.
All animal secure in hutches at night.

Health & Hygiene:

Rabbits will need to have proof of VHD, myxomatosis Vaccination and RHD 2 Vacination.
All accommodation will be cleaned weekly and spot cleaned daily. All equipment, pens and hutches disinfected between guests.
Before pets are left, their food preferences/dislikes will be discussed.
Vets used: Sandbeck Wetherby (out of hours provision Swift Wetherby).

Indoor Boarding Prices:
Hamster £6.00Pn (Own Cage)
Rabbits £12pn
Guinea Pigs £10pn

***All animals on short stay cleaning charge £10 clean charge if less than five days.***

Included in the price: clean bedding shavings or straw, fresh food and water daily, fresh fruit and veg, hay.
***You must bring your pets own food as switching foods can upset their tummy.***

*Medication will be held and given for a small surcharge.
