Small Animal Boarding South Wales

Really grateful to Heidi from Small Animal Boarding South Wales for looking after our bunnies over Christmas and New Year. Heidi was very helpful and accommodating (we had to adjust the dates because of personal circumstances), gave us clear instructions how to prepare our bunnies for boarding and provided amazing care for them during their stay. Heidi gave us updates and sent photos, which was great! It was our first time and we were worried about the bunnies, but everything went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend Small Animal Boarding South Wales and will be gladly leaving our bunnies under Heidi's care in the future.

Small animal boarding looked after my 4 Guinea pigs during the Christmas break, and nothing was too much trouble! Heidi was great, super helpful with organising drop off and pickup, and it's clear that the gang were happy - the videos of them stuffing their faces with veggies was great to see! I'd highly recommend using small animal boarding - we'll be booking the girls in again next time that we go away! 5 star service!

small animal boarding looked after my guinea pig and I would definitely recommend them. Heidi was lovely and nothing was too much trouble, I especially liked the photos Heidi put on Facebook while we were away showing that my guinea pig was happy and content. Already booked again for August.

Heidi has looked after Charlie our conure several times over the past several years. He has had short stays and long stays and he is always happy and well looked after. Heidi has the patience to spend with animals in her care so they get the same loving treatment as they do at home. Charlie is spoiled by us and I think he gets spoiled there too 🥰 I would 100% recommended.

Very happy leaving my piggies here. I know they are well Looked after, have a good diet and get playtime outside too! Also have nails and coat cut from time to time which I'm always so happy with. When I'm away I even get photos of them playing in the garden! Would highly recommend.

Heidi has provided boarding for my 2 guinea pigs Bubble & Squeak many times over the past few years. I have always felt confident leaving our piggies with her & can tell from conversations & pictures shared that she treats every animal in her care like her own. I wouldn't leave them anywhere else.

Left Jonny & Lilo our rabbits with Heidi for over a week and they settled in superbly. Fast and efficient transfer and pick up. Rabbits returned to our hutch and runs as if they've never been away. Highly recommended this business and looking forward to using them in the very near future. Thanks Heidi.

Where to start, if your looking for a local place to care for your precious little pets then look nowhere else. These guys are simply amazing. Our 6 rats and 2 Guinea pigs were so happy here, food was first class, the cages are very clean, there's run time and fresh water , like a top hotel for small pets. Highly recommend

Our bunnies have enjoyed two holidays at Pawfect Misfits and I really cannot fault the care provided by Heidi. She is passionate and knowledgeable, and provides first class facilities. The photos she posts to her Facebook page allows you to see first hand the excellent facilities and care on offer. We could see from those pictures that our bunnies were thoroughly enjoying themselves with a range of fresh leafy treats, clean and comfortable hutches and plenty of time to explore the outdoors in Heidi's safe, secure and sizeable runs. She even plays classical music to help them settle at night! Thank you Heidi for the excellent service you offer, we will most definitely be back!

There really aren't the words to describe how amazing and absolutely incredible Pawfect Misfits is. Heidi is genuinely the happiest lady in the world and put my partners mind at rest when leaving our little Guineas with them. The daily Facebook photos of them outside enjoying the grass and sun were truly wonderful and also meant we could enjoy our first holiday away knowing they were well fed. My partner is still shocked they ate carrots for Heidi and not for him lol I'm so glad I found Heidi and Pawfect Misfits. I wouldn't choose anyone else to have the boys again!! Heidi was superb with my 2 rats. I was worried as they are quite nervous girls but they took to her straight away. I had regular updates on her Facebook page too which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I will definitely be using her again.

I can definitely recommend Pawfect Misfits for small animal boarding. Our hamster and budgies have just come back from a 3 week stay with Heidi and they seem very content. Heidi sent us photos and a video of our pets while we were away which was amazing.

Pawfect Misfits has been absolutely incredible and put my mind at rest when leaving my rabbits with them. She sent daily photos of them outside enjoying the sun and it meant I could enjoy my holiday knowing they were happy and cared for well. So glad I found them and wouldn't choose anyone else to have my rabbits. Hutches were clean and tidy and plenty of hay available for the rabbits to eat.

Left our 7mth Bunny with Pawfect misfits last weekend, it was the first time to leave him, my 12yr old was little unsure. But no need to worry we were kept up to date with pic's/recordings which was fab & put my child at easy. . Would recommend Pawfect misfits, Heidi is so friendly & service is fab. Thank you Heidi 🐇🐇🐇

Heidi is amazing with our Guinea pig. Clean and tidy indoor cages for the animals and plenty of hay available. Lovely to see photo updates of our pets. Would recommend to anyone looking for small animal boarding.

My two bunnies had a fanstic time at Pawfect Misfits. Top care was taken to ensure they were settled and Heidi got their favourites in for their stay- lots of kale. They got lots of free roam, both outside in a secured pen and indoors where they were watched constantly. We also got lots of updates on Facebook during their stay!
