About our Home Boarding

It's not just a wealth of experience and care that makes Thirlmere House different, but our commitment to professional standards and learning. As the owner, I hold a Level Three Qualification in Professional Day Care and Boarding, meaning I'm fully qualified in all aspects of caring for dogs in a boarding setting.

Accommodation:

We own Thirlmere House, a large Victorian home in Stourbridge, in the heart of the black country.
We have a large garden that is walled all the way around, so very secure for dogs.

Exercise:

We walk dogs daily, as we live a two minute walk from a large park.
We are also not far from the canal and take dogs on further a field walks at weekends - Enville, Himley Hall, Mary Stevens Park, Kinver Edge, as well as towards the river severn.

Health & Hygiene:

The health and safety of dogs is paramount to us here at Thirlmere.
All dogs boarding with us need up to date vaccinations, including kennel cough.
We also ask for a worming and flea treatment shortly before boarding.

Home Boarding Prices

Our boarding rate is £40 a night.
We ask for a 40% deposit to secure your holiday dates.
