About our Guinea Pig Boarding

I've had a lifetime of owning rabbits, previously worked as the bunny lady at a local rescue and now work from home looking after other people's bunnies and guinea pigs alongside my own two house rabbits, Flaffy and Flopsy and my little herd of 6 guinea pigs.
I don't leave the house to do "another job" so I am literally on hand 247 to ensure your furry friends are pampered to the max and can quickly deal with any emergency or health concerns that may arise. This also leaves me free to snap any photo opportunities that we send to owners and upload to our imperial Bunny Boarding Facebook page.
I also hand dry flowers, fruits and veg and make our own bunny treats for our guests. These are totally seed and corn free with absolutely zero added colourings or synthetic flavours. These are available to buy at Imperialbunnies on Etsy or through our Facebook page.

Accommodation:

We use 2 storey, 5 ft hutches with large attached, fully secure runs. Runs have tubes, dig boxes and toys to occupy your rabbits or piggies on their staycation with us.
We also have an indoor bunny room for our indoor rabbits and a separate piggy room for piggies that visit us. Our rooms have several hideouts, curtained off areas and tunnels for your pet to feel secure and safe.
Our hutches are all inside insulated, have a hutch cover on and also a layer of neoprene between the hutch and cover to offer triple insulation for your pets. We also use microwave heat pads on really cold nights and days that sit below zero.
Your pet will always stay in its own bonded group whilst here and will never be mixed with or have access to any other pets. Our runs all have a 4inch gap between each to ensure no accidents between groups.
Accommodation flooring in indoor and outdoor boarding consists of vinyl flooring, the bed areas indoor are blankets and outdoor is hay and straw but can be blankets if wanted. We only use wood litter in the litter trays and not right throughout hutches to cut down on dust within enclosures.

Exercise:

We have large runs attached to our hutches that our bunnies and piggies have full access to from early morning through to late night.
We also have several "stand alone" runs to allow our guests to have supervised grass trimming time on the lawn.
I will always ask if our "indoor" guests would like to come outside for some extra exercise and enrichment.

Health & Hygiene:

Hutches and runs disinfected with antigen after each bunny goes home. All bottles, bowls toys and hideouts also disinfected after use.
Bunnies must be vaccinated to stay with us and proof will be asked for.

Guinea Pig Boarding Prices

Rabbits, outdoor .....£8 per night for a single or £10 a night for a pair sharing accomodation. For indoor it's £10 a night for a single or £12 a night for a pair sharing.
Guinea pigs .......£8 a night for a pair indoors.
An extra piggy or bunny sharing the accommodation will be charged at £2 a night.

Bunny vacation of 7 nights or more include a nail trim usually priced at £10 per bunny!
