Amy is an absolutely amazing bunny boarder! From the moment I contacted her, I felt completely at ease leaving my rabbits in her care. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely loves animals. During my bunny's stay, Amy provided a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. She made sure my rabbit had plenty of fresh hay, water, and toys. She also sent me regular updates and photos, which I really appreciated. These all went onto Facebook which was great - it was clear that my bunny was happy and well-cared for I highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a reliable and loving bunny boarder. She goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of her furry guests. I have used her loads of times & wouldn't hesitate in the future. Thanks Amy xx

So please we found Imperial Bunny Boarding for bonding our 2 rabbits and providing accommodation while we was away. Such a professional service, Amy and Sean were so helpful throughout the process, before, during and after. Very reasonable pricing. Gus and Hope are so happy together now.

Amy is literally the dream bunny host, and always offers a fantastic in-home facility for our girl's regular stays. After finding out about Imperial Bunny Boarding online, I happily travel so she can always stay with Amy. As a long-term owner of indoor bunnies, I no longer have the worry of asking friends/family to ensure she's cared for around their own commitments. We can rest assured that Amy provides the very best care and is actively on the lookout should any slight sign of illness arise, with emergency meds on hand just in case. Amy always lets me know how she's settling in, & provides regular photos with updates whilst we're away. This really benefits my son who misses her - in fact, Amy goes out of her way to ensure he has nothing to worry about and can relax (which is immensely appreciated). Both Amy and her husband are always polite, professional, and welcoming. She has a wealth of bunny knowledge and is always happy to help with advice. We've also booked in for bunny bonding with Amy imminently. Having bonded bunnies myself previously (both successfully and unsuccessfully), I know that I just don't have the time to dedicate myself currently alongside juggling a young family and work. With Amy's expertise and extensive help to find what we hope to be a suitable match from rescue, we're excited to start the process. I am very happy to trust Amy with caring for my rabbits while I am away, I have used Imperial Bunny Boarding multiple times and never had a problem and neither have the rabbits, they are always cared for extremely well. Amy is always very flexible and accommodating with drop off and pick up times which I appreciate so much. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a boarding facility for their rabbits.

Everytime i go to this lovely home all the animals look extremely happy.Not upset or hurt at all,they're clearly in great care and easily bonded.It is obvious that there is much experience seeing how well they're all looked after.Great advice is given too,once pets are back in your care you will know exactly how to keep them in the same happy state they were when you got them back!Overall great environment and a great owner looking after your beloved animals.I definitely recommend as I have never seen any harsh treatment,only the job getting done correctly.

My two rabbits have stayed with Amy and her family on many occasions and will continue to do so whenever I need them to be looked after. The care and attention Amy and her family give my rabbits is second to none. I know o can relax while they are there knowing they are being cared for in the best way possible. I couldn't recommend Imperial boarding enough.

I have had my bunnies for 3 years now and wouldn't take them anywhere else to be looked after when we go on holiday. Amy is brilliant with all the animals she has in her care and they are always so well cared for. Amy has always helped me out last minute and gave me really helpful advice of how to rebond my bunnies after they were neutered. If your looking for a place to take your bunnies or piggies and have no worries then this is the place

Hi, Amy was brilliant at helping me bond my troublesome bunnies. They came home different animals and are now as close as can be. They have also been to stay whilst we were away and were very happy making new bunny friends.

My bunny absolutely loves it here. Not only does he get a holiday from me, but he also gets to spend time with other buns. Amy has gone above and beyond, taking him on short notice. Fantastic service. I wouldn't leave his floofness anywhere else x

My bunnies love going to Amy, they get to make new friends . As soon as we went to see Amy we knew we had found the right place to board our bunnies when we are away. They clearly love animals as much as we do. I have lost count of the number of times they have been on their 'holidays'. Amy is always accommodating even at the last minute. They are always well looked after and she makes them amazing treats.

Unless you want your rabbits to come home fully fighting, neglected and covered in cuts id avoid. By cut i means 17 deep wounds. I sent 6 friendly rabbits ( all paired in 2's) who came home scared to death. I don't know what shes done to them. Even the pairs turned on each other. Agreed to refund £300 and then changed her mind. Was meant to be there for a minimum of a week, but send them home after 5 days. Came home to full on fighting and not 'bonded' at all. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and turns out she just scams you for quick easy money. Wouldn't trust her to look after a fly!! Wouldn't even give it one star!! Amazing how shes added terms and conditions after I complained

After an unsuccessful attempt at trying to bond by bunnies Milo and Lunar, resulting in an emergency trip to the vets I had no hope in them bonding. I was worried I have to give Lunar the bunny I adopted back. However after lots of chats with Amy at Imperial Bunny Boarding and her agreement to give the bonding I try they have come home love birds. Thank you Amy for all the support and advice. The service you offer is amazing, daily check ins and process updates and photos too. Milo and Lunar have enjoyed their time with you and the love and care you have given them. They can't wait to come back next month for a little holiday xx
