My name is Jenny and, as a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of being able to leave your cats with someone who will give them the very best of care in a safe and caring environment. Cats are used to home comforts as they live in our homes with us, so why not give them similar home comforts while in boarding?
Our spacious boarding rooms are homely and comfortable and suit all types of cats - indoor, outdoor, elderly, young and disabled. Your cats are regularly visited throughout the day to ensure the litter trays are kept clean, food and water topped up, and to provide play & attention to keep your cats occupied.
I understand that it can be stressful leaving a beloved pet while you go away and am happy to give regular Messenger, Whatsapp and Text updates - and take photos, if you would like me to.
I do have my own cats. I also have an English Springer Spaniel dog who is good with cats although my own pets will NOT be allowed to come into contact with any cats boarding with me.
I am licensed for Home Cat Boarding by New Forest District Council (licence number 1092/6) and fully insured with Protectivity. I am also CRB checked.
Our boarding rooms are ideal for all cats. There are no 'outside' areas but we board plenty of outdoor cats that settle quite happily in our rooms. Your cat(s) would have their own private room with a large cat tree, wall shelves, a window view, various places to sleep and a variety of interactive toys to keep them amused. All rooms have cave beds so that shy or nervous cats have somewhere to hide. Pet steps can be provided for kittens, disabled cats and elderly cats. We can also supply 'slow feeder bowls' for cats that eat their food too quickly to help reduce sickness.
In the summer, if it's hot, fans or air coolers will be put in the rooms to make sure your cats do not overheat, and in the colder months, each room will be individually heated. Windows have trickle vents to ensure continuous fresh air.
All bowls, litter trays, litter and bedding are supplied and rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings.
The cat rooms are thoroughly cleaned, litter trays disinfected and all bedding washed/flea treated in between each booking. All food bowls and utensils will be disinfected between each use.
All cats must have current vaccinations against Feline panleukopenia virus (FPV), Feline herpesvirus (FHV), and Feline calicivirus (FCV), and also be treated for worms and fleas (using a vet strength product) at least 7 days before arrival.

We offer a home feeding service for owners that would prefer their cats stay in their own home.
We will visit once or twice a day, whichever you prefer, to feed your cat, provide fresh water, wash bowls, clean litter trays and clear up any mess your cat may have made.
If you are worried that your cat will wander away whilst you are not there, we recommend keeping them secure and restricting their outside access. This is a personal choice as you know your cat best and we will always be happy to follow your decision, but please note that we cannot be responsible should your cat wander off and go missing
Some of our regular clients have automatic cat feeders so that only one visit a day is required. We would visit in the morning or evening to feed your cat(s) and set up the feeder for the next meal
Morning visits are carried out between 0745 and 1000
Evening visits are carried out between 1600 and 1800
Visits can vary in length depending on your cat(s) requirements, but usually last 10-20 minutes (1-3 cats). Four or more cats usually require longer.
