Pets' Holiday Shack

Left my 2 bunnie boys with ELIZABETH for a week,very happy knowing they're safe and with someone who obviously loves them all,I think they wanted to STAY when I went to get them !! I'll be booking them in again for sure, thanks Elizabeth

I've used Elizabeth for boarding both my guinea pigs and previously when I had gerbils. She is very knowledgeable very calm and considered and asks all relevant questions like when and what do they eat to ensure their routines are kept. She is brilliant at nail clipping so I don't need too. I trust her to look after my girls, when one had haypoke she kept me up to date on vets visit etc. and reassured me. She is very reasonable priced and just adores all the animals who stay. Highly recommend.

Pepe our cockatiel had a great 3 days holiday stay with Elizabeth! My first meeting with Elizabeth showed me how professional, caring and very calming she is, which put my mind totally at ease. While we were away she sent us photos and updates of pepe to let us know that he was doing great, which was very comforting. When we arrive back to pick Pepe up, we could see how relaxed, happy and calm he was. He whistled his favourite tunes most of his way back home in the car which proved to us even more so that he wasn't at all stressed. We would absolutely recommend Elizabeth to anyone who wants the best care and attention for their pets. We will definitely bring Pepe back again in the future! Thanks again Elizabeth! I have just collected our 2 house rabbits from Elizabeth after their week long holiday with her. This was the first time I'd done this and I now know I will definitely be taking the bunnies there again. Elizabeth is so caring and dedicated to providing the best care. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her 100% with my pets. The bunnies settled well and enjoyed their stay and I received updates and photos which was so nice and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Pets' Holiday Shack to everyone! Thank you so much 🐰

I booked my Guinea Pig 'Boris' into Pets' Holiday Shack last minute. Boris is an indoor guinea pig and had never been away from us before. Elizabeth asked what Boris liked and was aware that he had never been outdoors. She spent time getting to know me and Boris and made us feel confident to leave him. When we collected Boris he was happy, healthy and very talkative. We immediately booked him in for a return visit. When he returned, Boris remembered where he was, settled and started eating straight away... a sign he had enjoyed his previous holiday! Elizabeth was kind and caring and communicated with us throughout the booking. I would highly recommend Pets' Holiday Shack and will be using them in the future.

This is the first time I've left our little pet bunny and we couldn't be happier. Elizabeth and her family are welcoming, professional and above all clearly love animals. Elizabeth's knowledge is extremely reassuring and when we collected 'Stanley' it was quite obvious he had had a fabulous holiday. I will definitely use Pet Shack again and would highly recommend them to all. They totally empathise with owners' worries about leaving their precious pets and clearly treat each occupant as one of their own. Thank you Elizabeth

The Pets Holiday Shack is a wonderful place to leave your small pets when you go away. We take our bunnies Annabelle and Teddy there for holidays and know that every time they are well cared for, and given treats and exercise etc as they would at home. Elizabeth and family are lovely, brilliant at what they do, and there's nobody else but Pets Holiday Shack we'd trust to look after our beloved buns. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work :) x

I took my rabbit to board for the first time @ Elizabeth's small pet boarding in June. i was invited to look round ,and was very impressed with the cleaniness and organisation of the premises. Elizabeth is lovely and obviously adores looking after animals. I would reccomend her to any one looking for holiday boarding,and i shall definately be taking my rabbit there again,as i felt confident he would be very well looked after.
