Very happy Bunnies and owners! Judy and Paul looked after our small family of 3 for more than 2 weeks during the recent heatwave. They took great care to keep them safe and cool. We appreciated messages and photos whilst we were away. It was the first time we have left them with anyone and we were instantly put at ease on the first meeting with Judy and Paul. Thank you both so much!

Judy and Paul looked after our two guinea pigs with so much care and kindness, they were brilliant and I would recommend them so much!! They are very knowledgable and sent such sweet little updates which was so lovely, thank you Judy and Paul! Very happy guinea pigs and owners!

Judy looked after Coffee and Cinnamon over Christmas and they had a fantastic time. Lots of time outside, treats and loads if cuddles. They can't wait to visit again! We were treated to lovely email updates and a Christmas Day message and photo! We'd highly recommend boarding your rabbits here they'll get so much love and attention

This is a very late review. My bunny stayed in April for a couple of days and for 2 weeks in May for our wedding and honeymoon. We met Paul and Judy before we dropped off our baby and they made us feel instantly at ease. While he was there I got plenty of updates and he came back a happy boy.

Highly recommended!! I used Ella Waine for my sons two rabbits Rocky and Bambi when i moved house. Due to the storms back in February my move was delayed. Judy and her husband accommodated both rabbits for a little longer then planned so i could get myself sorted. I got regular updates and the rabbits were well looked after they were two happy bunnies. I will use Ella Waine again.Thank you for looking after the rabbits.

Judy and Paul looked after our giant continental rabbit while we were on holiday. They are fabulous and went above and beyond. I loved receiving their updates and every interaction was utterly charming. The only issue is that your rabbit will have had such a lovely time they won't want to come home!! We were in such a panic as out pet sitters had had to cancel and Judy was incredibly accommodating and attentive. She kept us up to date on how Gingerbread was settling in during her stay and we really felt our piggie was being given the best of care. Would definitely recommend!

We've just returned from a couple of weeks holiday knowing that our 2 rabbits will have had one too. This was the first time they have stayed with Paul & Judy and it certainly won't be the last time. They put our minds at rest and sent us regular updates to let us know how they were settling in. Our rabbits are very much part of our family and the care they received made it a home from home experience for them. You will be making the best decision ever in calling Ella Waine to look after your small pets whilst you are away. Ella Waine will look after your pet like their own. Your pets will be truly cared, loved, fed property, kennel cleaned daily, exercise in a beautiful garden, playing with toys, being cuddled, and looked after by natural real honest pet lovers. I feel blessed to have found the Waine family to care for my rabbits, and guinea pigs when I go on holidays. Every time we book a holiday or away from home, we tell our pets we have also booked their holiday with the Waines, as we know they are happy and have fun with them. I highly recommend them, and can honestly say you will never find anyone who could compare to Ella Waine.

Great place for your pet rabbit to stay. Plenty of space and activities to keep them amused, and lots of love is given to your bunny. I've always gone to this pet boarding as my rabbit is always spoilt and well looked after. Lovely people and they will even give medication if needed.

My pair of bunnies have been boarding here regularly for the last two years. It's like having the grandparents look after your kids .... they're spoilt 😀 They settle in really well once back home and I feel sure they're taken good care of, be it for a couple of nights or weeks. I travel almost an hour so my two can stay here and wouldn't take them anywhere else.

If your looking to leave your pets with someone who genuinely cares for animals as if they where their own, then I highly recommend the Waine family. They accommodate every need for your pet, from very clean hutches, plenty of space to run around and play to providing lots of comfort to your pet. I can always tell when collecting my pets after time away that they have had a wonderful stay (like their own little Holiday!) as my rabbits binky lots and are so calm and relaxed with them. Look no further they are the best of the best! A definite home from home feel.
