About our Small Pet Boarding

We are a new business in Frome, boarding guinea pigs and smaller animals in our temperature-controlled log cabin. We are passionate about animal care and have owned and cared for many animals of all sizes and temperaments over the years. Your pet will be cared for as one of our own, with love and attention.

Accommodation:

Our log cabin is next to our house, it is quiet and cosy, with plenty of daylight through the windows. We provide guinea pig hutches and, for other animals, we have plenty of space for them to be boarded in their own housing. The log cabin is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer.
Bedding hay and sawdust is provided. Owners are encouraged to provide their animal’s regular food to avoid digestive issues, but guinea pig pellets and eating hay can be provided free of charge if needed. Daily fresh vegetables are included.

Exercise:

We have enclosed outdoor runs for the warmer months. Guinea pigs will all get exercise outside every day weather permitting. All animals will get enrichment activities, and cuddles and attention – if they want it!

Health & Hygiene:

Hutches, housing and bowls will be kept clean every day, thoroughly cleaned weekly and disinfected between occupants. Disposable toys and enrichment will be single use.
If your pet becomes unwell we will contact you and arrange vet care as needed.

Small Pet Boarding Prices

Guinea pig x 1: £8
Guinea pig x 2 in same hutch: £10
Hamster / mice / gerbils: £5 per cage if 3 or less occupants
Other small animals please contact us to ask, we are open to many animals, if you can provide accommodation.
We cannot board rabbits at present.
Deposit of 50% at time of booking.
