About our Small Pet Boarding

Established in 2023, Langney Lodge Small Animal Boarding provides holiday accommodation services for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs all year round. Whether you are going on holiday, moving home or undergoing noisy renovations, your pets' welfare is our top priority. The lodge is run by Connor who is a wildlife and biodiversity professional with more than 10 years experience working with small animals. Langney Lodge Small Animal Boarding started as a hobby and now provides holiday boarding services for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs. The lodge is operated from our secure and private garden, and during their stay our guests are treated as our own.

Accommodation:

We have three spacious 5ft x 2ft holiday hutches available for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs. All of our guests are accommodated within a secure shed at our home and are kept on wood shavings.

A stay at Langney Lodge includes:
- Accommodation in our 5ft x 2ft holiday hutches
- 24/7 access to fresh water and hay
- Daily pellet feed (owner to provide)
- Daily fresh veggies or your pet's favourite treat
- Access to fresh grass in our outdoor runs
- Regular cleaning including disinfectant sprays
- Plenty of handling, grooming and cuddles

Exercise:

Outdoor runs are available to Rabbits and Guinea Pigs for daily exercise on our lawn. For the duration of their stay, guests will have their own holiday hutches and runs, and will not share these with any other animals.

Health & Hygiene:

We regularly clean our holiday hutches with disinfectant spray but ask that all animals arrive with good health and hygiene. Please refer to the T&Cs on our website before booking a stay.

All rabbits must have been vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Haemorrhagic Viral Disease (RHD1) (RHD2) at least seven days before coming to stay. ​This is important for the health of our own animals and that of the other guests. Please provide proof of vaccination from your veterinary clinic upon booking.

Small Pet Boarding Prices

All pricing is based on a per night basis with guests from a single booking sharing one of our holiday hutches. Additional hutches are available at extra cost pending availability.

Guinea Pigs:
Single = £5.00
Pair = £8.00
Trio = £11.00

Rabbits:
Single = £6.00
Pair = £10.00
