I used K&S Pet Care Services for the first time these last 2 weeks and they have been amazing! From communication to dedication, both Sarrina and Ken were professional and caring whilst looking after my 2 hens. I received videos of the hens enjoying treats which really helped whilst I was on holiday. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend their services to anyone. We were away for 3 weeks this summer in America and asked K&S to pop in every day to feed, clean and play with our two rats rather than move them, and were delighted with how well everything went. We received daily videos as well as detailed photos on 'deep clean' days. The boys were lovingly looked after and K&S followed our instructions to the letter. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and indeed we have asked them to do the same again this autumn!

Our bunnies stayed for a long weekend while myself and my partner got married. The daily updates helped put our minds at ease to enable us to enjoy our day for our first time ever boarding our babies. Our babies seemed to settle in so quickly, which is super important for us! (This usually hasn't been the case if they've been with family), and seemed happy through their time (they behaved more for Sarinna than they do for us!!) Sarinna updates me daily with photos of my two guinea pigs and how they are doing. Sometimes they are even fed some extra snacks which keeps my two girls happy.

Brilliant service provided to my not so easy going birdo. He had great time with Sarina and her family. I was updated daily on his antics. I was well impressed that he was let out of the cage every day. At home he goes to cage just for the night time. He came back home in excellent shape. I won't hesitate to bring him back there. Ps make sure if you have car to come in the afternoon after 5pm as traffic wardens are on the ball here😀
