Welcome! I’m Kim!

I love rabbits and have have had them my whole life. I have 9 of my own at the moment. I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals! I help out at a local rabbit rescue and I am passionate about animal welfare.

I’ve set up the business following RWAF care guidelines. I am fully insured. I treat all guests as my own and go out of my way to ensure a calm and peaceful stay for all boarders.

Accommodation:

We have three units currently, two more opening soon. They are located in a quiet, shady part of our family garden.

Rabbits:

Bluebell Cottage
Playhouse with large run attached 24/7. 64sq ft.

Sweetpea Cottage
Summer house with large run attached 24/7. 88sq ft.

Tulip Cottage - OPENING SOON
Shed with large run attached 24/7. 74sq ft total.

Guinea Pigs:

Daisy Cottage -
Playhouse with run and multiple hides. 24/7 access to all. Suitable for guinea pigs only. 32sq ft total.

Rose Cottage - OPENING SOON
Playhouse with run and multiple hides. 24/7 access to all. Suitable for guinea pigs only. 32sq ft total.

Exercise:

It’s important to me that all guests have access to a large area 24/7. Therefore all units have space to run and binky whenever the boarder chooses!

Health & Hygiene:

Each unit (and all accessories) is disinfected after each guest.

All rabbits must be vaccinated at least three weeks prior to their stay and show no signs of snuffles (sneezing, running nose).

All rabbits living together in pairs or more must be neutered/spayed.

Small Pet Boarding Prices

Rabbits:

Bluebell Cottage - suitable for groups of up to 4
£10 per day for 1-2 rabbits. Additional rabbits add £1 per day per rabbit.

Sweetpea Cottage - suitable for a larger group
£12.50 per day for 1-2 rabbits. Additional rabbits add £1 per day per rabbit.

OPENING SOON
Tulip Cottage - suitable for a larger group
£11.50 per day for 1-2 rabbits. Additional rabbits add £1 per day per rabbit.

Guinea Pigs:

Daisy Cottage - £8 per day for 1-2 Guinea pigs. Additional G.Pigs are £1 extra each per day.

OPENING SOON:
Rose Cottage - £8 per day for 1-2 Guinea pigs. Additional G.Pigs are £1 extra each per day.

Minimum 4 day stay.
14 day or more ‘long stay discount’ available.
Day of drop off and pick up charged as units cannot be rented out to others during this time.

Owner to provide the animals’ usual pellets.
All bedding is provided by us (straw, bedding hay & towels).
All greens/forage & hay provided by us (although welcome to bring own)
Owners welcome to bring own toys to help with the daily enrichment.

50% deposit required to secure dates.
Full payment required prior to drop off.

Other Services

Services: GroomingClaw Clipping

Grooming and nail clip - £10 per animal if staying.
I only offer grooming to animals who are on holiday.

Transport - I can collect and drop off animals.
£10 per way in Weymouth.
£20 per way in Dorchester/Portland or similar.
