I am so pleased to have found Saffra! She visits our dogs regularly when we are at work, making a fuss of them, having a play and letting them out in the garden. They took to Saffra straight away and we were impressed with her caring approach and knowledgeability. She is also very reliable, which means a lot to us. Saffra looked after our guinea pigs while we were on holiday and again, we were very happy with the conscientious, professional service we received. We really felt the piggies were being giving lots of attention and getting TLC from Saffra - we will definitely be asking her to look after them for us in the future. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend Nibbles and Custard Pet Services, Saffra provided excellent care of my tortoise,Mr T, whilst I was away for 2 weeks she's knowledgeable, professional and personable and really cares for the animals she looks after. A lovely professional service, from making an enquiry to a home visit a quick response. Notes were made about my fussy animals (1 cat, 2 chickens) All the right questions were asked. My pets were beautifully looked after. I have already booked again. Thank you for a lovely 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.

Saffra was amazingly kind and agreed last minute to visit our ragdoll cat for a few days as she unexpectedly needed antibiotics twice a day. Saffra was brilliant, wasn't phased by the medication, which made me feel confident to go away, and sent me pictures and updates to let me know our ragdoll was doing great. Highly recommended.

Really excellent service. We were on holiday for over 3 weeks and everything was handled brilliantly while we were away. Good communication and proactive approach in suggesting things that could be done. Highly recommended.

Saffra looked after our two house cats, visiting every day while we were away. She took wonderful care of them and sent us daily messages and pictures to put our minds at rest that they were happy and healthy. We will definitely use her services again and it's one less thing to worry about knowing our pets are in her care

I've used Nibbles and Custard for my cats and fish twice and I have super happy with their service. My cats and fish have been well taken care of and my plants were also watered daily! My mind was at ease that my pets and the house were in good and capable hands and it seems like my cats also like the sitter as they come out to her. Thanks very much for your help!

Saffra was amazing and reassuring looking after my 2 pet rabbits. Plenty of space and and attention. I received photos every other day and could see how settled my rabbits were, thank you :) I would definitely recommend.
