Nibbles and Custard Pet Services

Nibbles and Custard Pet Services took very good care of our guinea pigs while we were on holiday. Saffra is clearly organised and very knowledgeable and gave excellent care. We loved getting the daily photos she sent. Will definitely be using the service again.

Thank you Saffra for giving our piggies amazing care while we were away. Having only recently rescued them I was nervous about someone looking after them. Would definitely recommend Nibbles and Custard pet services. Our two guinea pigs were really happy and well looked-after, with great communication beforehand about their needs and routines, and frequent updates whilst we were away which were really reassuring. Incredibly helpful and friendly, sent me pictures every other day so I new my guinea pigs were well and I could always see that they were being kept extremely clean and very happy! Couldn't be more satisfied!

I met Saffra a couple of times and both I was satisfied with the help she gave me. She came to meet my cat Tokyo before her very first attendance and they immediately bonded really well! She was happy to follow the instructions I gave her and spend some time with him. I also have gerbils, and Saffra was never bothered to look after them. I appreciated the daily updates every time she was coming to look after my furry friends. Her prices are convenient compared to the market in Cambridgeshire and she is definitely a good recommendation!

I am so pleased to have found Saffra! She visits our dogs regularly when we are at work, making a fuss of them, having a play and letting them out in the garden. They took to Saffra straight away and we were impressed with her caring approach and knowledgeability. She is also very reliable, which means a lot to us. Saffra looked after our guinea pigs while we were on holiday and again, we were very happy with the conscientious, professional service we received. We really felt the piggies were being giving lots of attention and getting TLC from Saffra - we will definitely be asking her to look after them for us in the future. Highly recommended.

Saffra was amazingly kind and agreed last minute to visit our ragdoll cat for a few days as she unexpectedly needed antibiotics twice a day. Saffra was brilliant, wasn't phased by the medication, which made me feel confident to go away, and sent me pictures and updates to let me know our ragdoll was doing great. Highly recommended.

Saffra looked after our two house cats, visiting every day while we were away. She took wonderful care of them and sent us daily messages and pictures to put our minds at rest that they were happy and healthy. I've used Nibbles and Custard for my cats and fish twice and I have super happy with their service. My cats and fish have been well taken care of and my plants were also watered daily!
