Willow Grove Pet Boarding

Fantastic! My rabbits are very happy here. Eleanor and her family take great care of all their guests. She sends photos and updates so I feel reassured when I'm travelling.

Willow grove were great & gave both of my bunnies the best care from start to finish. Eleanor & her daughter were both so lovely & work so hard to ensure the animals are well looked after. They helped me feel at ease from the start with a visit to view the accommodation & facilities,then provided updates & pictures daily whilst the bunnies were in their care. Nothing was too much trouble. They are both very knowledgeable about small animals & it shows within the service they provide. Would definitely recommend & will use willow grove in the future if I require a boarding service again. Thank you

Eleanor was absolutely fantastic when our hamster Autumn stayed for nearly 4 weeks. I was worried I wouldn't find somebody who would spend time with Autumn as a lot of places just feed hamsters and don't bother with them but Eleanor and her daughter were fantastic. I received pictures and updates throughout her stay and felt so at ease I didn't worry once as I knew she was in the right place. If you want your pet to be spoilt and treated like one of their own this is definitely the place to take them!

Fantastic service, regular photos and spacious cage. Eleanor took professional care for our four guinea pigs including nail clipping and cutting hair for the long-haired one. She have great knowlage about small animals, their diet, and taking care of them. Great contact and very fair price for the level of service. For sure we will back here in future, and we can recommend this place for everyone who looking high quality pet boarding. 5 stars!

My Bearded Dragon Milo loves going on his holidays to willow grove. Eleanor can't do enough for him she goes above and beyond to make Milo feel at home. Not only is Milo well looked after, Eleanor is always happy to give me help and advice on looking after him as he is our first reptile. In fact when we pic Milo up he looks so healthy and glowing its like he's been at a retreat for a few days. Milo even gets excited when we take him now and has to look out of the car window all the way there. I really don't no what we would do if we didn't have willow grove to take Milo to. The place is spotless and you can really see how much all the little animals mean to all the family that care for them they adore them all, there just amazing. Xxxx

Eleanor is really committed to providing a home away from home when looking after people's pets. The cages were cleaned regularly, the guinea pigs given treats and even cuddled. She provided regular photo updates through the whole holiday. Will definitely use Eleanor again!

Eleanor cared for my two pet rats during Christmas whilst I was on holiday, I was nervous about leaving them but she was incredible, she let me view her facilities answered all my questions and went above and beyond, even offering to buy a cage for them stay in, she sent me daily pictures and updates let me FaceTime them whenever I wanted to & even bought them treats & toys and gave me a goodie bag for them when I came to pick them up. Her level of care and thoughtfulness is unmatched and I would not think twice about using her boarding again in the future.

Eleanor cared for my three guinea pigs so well whilst I was away for the weekend. They had a lovely big cage to run around in and was very clean! They even got a Christmas gift at the end of they're stay! We will definitely be back next time we're away, thank you so much Eleanor!

I left my rabbit in Eleanor's professional care, this was my first time leaving my pet here, I cannot fault it, very clean plenty of room for bunnie to move about, if the weather is good Eleanor can put them out in her lovely garden in a run, so they get lots of exercise, she let's us know how bunnies has settled in, this puts your mind at rest, I am using this accommodation again in the future, she treats the animals like her own.

I took my rabbit and two chinchillas to stay here for 5 nights. All of the facilities were new and Eleanor took great care of all the animals. I got daily updates on how they were doing via whatsapp including photos which put my mind at rest whilst away. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you
