Richard and Gemma were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! I reached out to Richard via email to inquire to book Milo to stay with them for a few days as I'd be away. He replied back within a few hours with a lot of detail about the service they provide which was so reassuring since it was Milo's first time away. I had no hesitation in booking with them, and felt reassured the entire time. While we were away Richard and Gemma provided regular photos/videos of Milo settling in and running around. I would HIGHLY recommend booking with them for your bunny needs :)

I booked my mini lop bunny in for 7 days boarding. Richard and Gemma were great. Gemma spent loads of time with Rue and he was really comfortable with her. I got daily updates and photos and a very happy bunny on return and they coped very well with all of my anxious pet parent questions!

We boarded our two rabbits over Christmas at Bunny Boarding, and couldn't be happier. It was a fairly last minute booking on our part so we got lucky they had a vacancy. We received regular updates as the bunnies settled in, and throughout their stay. They are not used to being moved but gradually relaxed and roamed around. Would definitely board them again with Bunny Boarding!

My bunny felt at ease straight away. I was being sent pictures and updates all the time and my little bunny really had the time of his life. I will definitely be taking my bunny again to Richard and his partners again. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience boarding our lovely bunny. Even from the very start talking to Richard and answering questions about our rabbit's favourite foods and habits I could see the guys approached this with great care and attention. Once we were away Gemma was sending pictures and videos every other day within the WhatsApp group which was very convenient, but also provided great peace of mind seeing our pet healthy and happy. I could see our rabbit had plenty of playtime and Richard kept us updated on the pellets stock to ensure Gucci was not running out of his supplies. We used other boarding services before and this was the first time our rabbit came back happy, not stressed and smelling good (something we had issues with at the other place). Highly recommend to anyone who cares about their pet, as they will get the best care and attention out there! Thank you both and will definitely will use your services again.

We booked 10 days at Bunny Boarding for our rabbit Hoppy. We were really pleased with the whole experience - great communication from Richard beforehand. Then during Hoppy's stay we received very regular photos and video updates so we could see her having a great time. I would highly recommend!

An excellent experience at Bunny Boarding London - my two bonded bunnies came back happy and calm after spending time with Gemma and Richard. Gemma and Richard are wonderful rabbit hosts! I could see that our lovely rabbit Maria was very comfortable with them, and they sent pictures of her to me while I was away which made me feel very comfortable too! Can't recommend enough.

I'm reluctant to leave such a positive review as I want to make sure there's space for Dora again when we next go on holiday! Richard and Gemma were absolutely fabulous with Dora, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who needs someone to look after their bunny. I found Richard and Gemma on findpetboarding.com and I'm so glad I did! My 2 buns were with them over the New Year's period and were looked after really well. I was sent regular photo and video updates by Richard, who also kept in touch throughout and Gemma was comforting and lovely to speak to during booking and when I picked them up. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge, communication and overall care of my bunnies and will definitely use their services if I have to travel again!

Gemma and Richard took great care of my bunny Puchi while I was on holiday over Christmas; so much so I wasn't sure he wanted to come back! I was very anxious about leaving him at first because it was his first time in a place other than our home, but I was given daily photos and videos and saw that he quickly settled in. He was even jumping on the sofa and falling asleep on Gemma. Both Gemma and Richard are clearly knowledgeable about bunnies and what they need and they put all of our minds at ease.

I left my rabbit Oreo with Richard and Gemma for 9 days whilst I was away on a work trip in Scotland. I could see straight away that he felt at home. They provided regular video and photo updates of how Oreo was getting on and they tailored their care to his needs. He had lots of space to run around too! I felt really reassured and couldn't recommend their bunny boarding enough!

Richard and Gemma cared for our rabbit Maxwell for about five weeks while we were away. They're rabbit owners too, so we knew our boy was in good hands. They provided lots of photos and videos of Maxwell via WhatsApp. They even created little activity boxes for Maxwell to play in, which I thought was so sweet. We can tell he was treated with plenty of love and attention while in their home. We're planning to book with Richard and Gemma again next month. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Richard and and Gemma enough! I was acting on behalf of my friends who's family rabbit was stuck at customs when they were moving to France. It was peculiar predicament, but Bunny Boarding London answered my call for help within minutes and were so helpful and kind. They went to pick up the rabbit from customs immediately and took care of the rabbit last minute! My friends are so grateful to you both for the care and attention you gave the rabbit and for your kindness to them in what was a very distressing situation for the rabbit and my family friends. My bunny had a great time with Richard and Gemma while we took a two week holiday. Although we were away we felt close to our dear Fluffy and it was reassuring to know that she was also having a good time. I left my rabbit Luna with Richard and Gemma for ten days while my family and I went on holiday and I couldn't have left her with better hands! I received constant updates, photos and videos, which was reassuring, especially since this was our first time away from her. She looked so relaxed and seemed like she had a lot of fun! As Bunny Boarding London only takes on a small number of rabbits, we knew that Luna would receive a lot of one-on-one attention and that she would have roaming space (very important to us as she is an indoor free-roaming rabbit). Overall, my family and I are so grateful for everything Richard and Gemma have done for us, and we cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you, and we will definitely be back again :)

I left my bunny with Richard and Gemma whilst I went a way for a weekend break and would highly recommend them. They are super friendly, professional and very attentive experienced bunny handlers. I loved the little video updates each day and they were very accommodating. It's such a great service as they have everything there- all you need to drop off is the bunny and their favourite food which is so convenient! Poppy came home a very relaxed and happy bunny after her little holiday as well. Would highly recommend.

We left our bunny with Richard and Gemma for 11 days and he was very well looked after. They sent regular photos and videos to let us know how he was getting on, which really put our minds at ease, as we knew our little guy was also having a great holiday. The rabbits they look after are let out for most of the day, which was nice as other bunny boarders usually only offer a few hours and our rabbit is free roaming. I would highly recommend Richard and Gemma - your rabbit will be so well looked after, it will feel like a home from home 🙂

Left my rabbit with Richard and Gemma for 6 days while I went abroad and they took very good care of her! She was a bit quiet when she came home because I think she missed her mini holiday too! While I was away I was sent lots of vidoes of her roaming around freely which was a great touch! every day my bunny got fresh herbs, fruit or vegetables. They both looked after her very much, allowed the Soy to move freely around the house and provided her with lots of attractions. They are trustworthy people and I can recommend them to everyone to leave my pet with them. they will be safe in their home, under very good care and lots of attractions.

Our two rabbits stayed with Richard & Gemma for 5 days while the family went away for a short break. They were treated so well, were well fed and able to play; it was as if they went on holiday too! We received regular updates and videos from Richard on their progress and how they were settling in. We would definitely use their services again.

I left my bunny Lola at Richard's for two weeks over Christmas' holidays. Richard was super reactive in communicating with me. He sent me updates and pictures regularly. That was the first time I left my bunny to someone and I was a bit stressed but Richard reassured me and took good care of Lola. She came back relaxed and healthy.
