I cannot recommend Katie enough! She took care of my house bunny for two weeks, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I dropped Bambi off, I knew he was in great hands. Katie was incredibly attentive, sending regular updates, photos, and videos that reassured me he was happy, healthy, and being well cared for. She went above and beyond to accommodate my bunny's specific needs, maintaining his routine perfectly, and spoiling him with treats and plenty of playtime. It was clear my bunny felt at home with katie which gave me such peace of mind during my time away. I came back to a happy, relaxed, and well-cared-for bunny, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Katie took wonderful care of our mini lop bunny for two weeks while we were on holiday. Her setup is ideal for small pets, with plenty of space for your furry friend to hop around freely and get some exercise. She sent me updates and pics during our trip and is very reliable and professional. I had peace of mind that our Lola was in good hands and would definitely ask Katie to petsit again. :) Highly recommend.

Our sweet Piggy(Ben) had a lovely two week stay with Katie, she looked after him perfectly and gave him lots of snuggles. Katie kept us updated on how he was doing and sent some lovely photos. We will 100% be using Katie again and would recommend her to anyone.

Katie looked after our two male guinea pigs for four nights while we were away and also having some work carried out at our house meaning usual pet sitters weren't able to come and go as they might do previously to help feed and water them. Katie's service is ideal for us as she lives close by and has ample options available to look after small pets like these with both indoor and outdoor spaces to allow for both exercise and peace and quiet. Would thoroughly recommend and intend to call on her help again very soon.

This is the second time Katie has looked after Bunny and we can honestly say he loves her (possibly more than us!!!). Katie has a lovely hutch and outdoor run, so Bunny gets to stretch his legs, munch grass and generally splodge where he wants. We wouldn't want anyone else to look after the little floppy fuzz man

So disappointed, pulled out hours before I was due to fly All was arranged the day came and I asked for address all I got was "are you still dropping him off today I assume you were cancelling" after I replied with what we agreed. No reply hours later the address was sent. By then found someone else. Came across rude, and horrible customer service, letting people down like this is sp unacceptable. DONT USE only gave one star because I had to.

Boarders Response:Sorry for any confusion. I had assumed that you no longer wanted the pet sitting as weeks earlier you had said you would get back to me in the morning but didn't. Hence I was surprised on the day when you got in touch again. Reading back our messages now I can see perhaps that I misinterpreted and you meant on the morning of the drop off. Apologies for this, but hopefully that helps explain. I did get back to you as soon I was able to, and said we could still look after your hamster, but appreciate that you had made other arrangements.

Katie is very nice and looked after my hamster whilst I was away. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Took great care of my rabbit whilst I was on holiday! Nice set up and nice people! Will defiantly be using them when we go away again
