About our Small Pet Boarding
RabbitsGuinea PigsBirdsHamsters, Mice etc.My name is Nicola and I look after all small animals . Each animal is cared for as our own . I’m fully insured under pet sitting services and DBS checked . We have 24 hours cctv . Fully secure boarding sheds with hutches inside provide safe hutch free time . I have 30 years experience of looking after a variety of animals . I have my pet first aid certificate so your pet will be in very safe hands . Please see my face book page for lots of pictures of happy boarders . Pet first aid trained each year .
Accommodation:
Safe secure hutches in secure boarding bungalows with 24 hour cctv . Fresh veggies daily plenty of enrichment provided . Checked multiple times during the day pls see pictures of my set up. Pls see face book for more information. https://www.facebook.com/smallpetholidays
Exercise:
24/7 hutch free time and grass runs also weather permitting .
Health & Hygiene:
Hutch is cleaned and swept daily and bottles and bowls washed . Deep clean after each visit . I also require rabbits to be fully vaccinated and I require a photo or this to be shown prior to arrival . Incase of your pert needing the vet they will go to yours if possible or mine in an emergency . I am able to give medication this is at an additional cost .
Small Pet Boarding Prices
Prices from £6 per pet depending on animal and boarding bank transfer accepted paypal and cash. Please see my boarding section for future prices . All needs catered for . 20% deposit required at time of booking which is non refundable but transferable to another date .Full quote and information provided . Balance is payable on collection or bank transfer prior to collection .
Rabbits £10 for 1 £12 for 2 per day
Guinea pigs £8 for 1 £10 for 2 per day
Hamsters £6 per day own cage
Rats £7 for 1 £1per each additional
Chickens £8 per day for 1 £1 each additional
All fruit veg hay bedding provided . Pls bring own rabbit food so diet stays same . I provide guinea pig and chicken food but pls provide if fussy . Thank you :)

We left our bunnies at Oak Brook for 6 weeks while we moved. Nicola was amazing, our pets were very well looked after with regular updates from her. They had a summer house all to themselves, lots of space and Nicola regularly took them out for time on grass in a run. Very happy bubs.

Secure and spacious boarding for my 2 rabbits, and Nicola was great - sending photos and videos of them throughout their stay. Very good value too. Will definitely use again, and would thoroughly recommend.

What an amazing find. The owner Nicola is so lovely, and a true animal lover. Our Guinea Pigs had a fantastic holiday of their own, and we had great peace of mind. We got sent regular updates, and could see how well Clover and Cleo were being cared for. So reasonable. Highly recommend

I have boarded my Guinea Pigs at Oak Brooks twice recently. They have been extremely well looked after and had their nails clipped. The owner Nicola is professional and very caring ... your animals' welfare is her number one priority. I wouldn't hesitate to use this boarding service again.

Omg Oak brooks is amazing 🤩 Nicola is fantastic with the animals First time we've had to put the rabbits in boarding but am so glad I found nicola first Nicola also cut the rabbits nails at a much lower cost than pets at home and did an amazing job Nicola sends pic and updates of the bunnies thought the week My rabbits will be visiting Nicola to have their nails trimmer regularly and they will never stay anywhere else other than oak brooks Thank you Nicola â¤ï¸

Oak brooks/Nicola are just fantastic. They are always friendly, helpful and more importantly look after fluffy and Houdini perfectly when ever they go for their holidays to Oak Brooks. They come home happy and healthy after care just like they receive at home. I would recommend Nicola to anyone looking for the best place to take care of small pets whilst they go on holidays.

I can not recommend Oak Brooks enough. My rabbits HollyBoy and Storm my two rabbits were well cared for and made themselves right at home. Video updates and photos of them enjoying their stay were sent to me. The accommodation they were housed in was perfect. I will definitely use Oak Brooks again.

Nicola was amazing and friendly from the moment I messaged her, to picking my bunnies up after their stay. They had their own shed to themselves, with a hutch in and plenty of room for running about too. They didn't want to come home! I can see that they have had plenty of fresh fruit and veggies and access to as much hay as they could eat, which involved them sitting in the hay tub and eating is as they went! I was sent photos everyday of them too and they looked very happy. I would definitely recommend Nicola to anyone with small animals, and I will 100% be using her again. Thank you so much!

Nicola's boarding services are fantastic. I had never left my rabbit before and was very nervous, as soon as i met her and she showed me her place , i felt at ease straight away. Nicola messaged me a couple times while i was away (as requested) to keep me up to date on my bunny, with a couple added photos and videos too. I would definitely recommend Oak Brooks for your pets, you definitely wouldn't regret it. Thank you Nicola 😊
