Cottontail Hotel

Our rabbit Peter had such a wonderful stay at Cotton tail hotel, the owner Jess was very helpful and even sent a picture and text to reassure us he was doing well. This was lovely to receive whilst on holiday. Will definitely be using the service again. Be sure to book up in advance!

Our bunnies Coco and Pops loves their stay at the Cottontail Hotel for 2 weeks. Jess cared for them as we would and sent regular updates and photos. They will definitely be back xx

Our 2 guinea pigs have now had 3 holidays being looked after by Jess and I have every confidence in her taking good care of them. Very efficient booking procedure. Extremely considerate to each pet's needs and very caring. Excellent processes in place to adhere to additional health & safety requirements since Covid. Fully recommend using Cottontail!!!

Our two guinea pigs stayed with Jess for a week and were so well cared for. They had to visit the vet whilst we were away (for a pre-existing condition) and Jess arranged the whole thing brilliantly. We couldn't have asked for better care and will definitely be back!

Our pair of Guinea Pigs spent 3 nights at Cottontail Hotel last weekend & seem to have been very well looked after. Jess was extremely professional & meticulous in the planning of their visit and instilled confidence in me. She appears to care very much for the animals & we have already booked our beloved pets in for a couple more visits!!!

Jess looked after our 2 guinea pigs for 2 weeks. They'd never stayed in a hotel before 😄 but clearly settled in very well. It was a huge bonus to get updates and photos. We were very impressed with the cleanliness too. They were certainly very well looked after. Nice to go away knowing your pets are safe and well cared for. Thank you

Ash (our dwarf rabbit) spent 2 weeks with Jess whilst we were away on holiday. Jess sent us photos and messages whilst we were away keeping us updated on how Ash was settling in and keeping which we appreciated (especially my youngest daughter who missed Ash terribly). Ash seemed very happy when we collected him and had quite clearly adapted well to the new environment. Thank you once again Jess for having Ash to stay!

I have just picked up my rabbit, Parsley, from his first stay at Cottontail hotel. Jess was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and has done a wonderful job of looking after Parsley. Jess offers extra services, so I paid a little extra for Parsley to have his nails clipped while we were away. Jess was also very accommodating when we had to arrange for Parsley to stay an extra night at the last minute. Parsley is already booked in for his next stays at Cottontail hotel.

Dylan and Zeva stayed for 4 nights. Jess looked after them brilliantly. She even clipped their nails. I was happy that she groomed them daily. The facilities are very clean! Would highly recommend.
