Lucy's Holiday Hutch

I could not recommend lucy enough! She was so lovely and really cares about her guests, our house rabbit Batsy was so well looked after and we felt so comfortable as soon as we met her and saw how well looked after the animals are. Thank you Lucy! See you again!

I don't know what we would do without Lucy. The care she has provided to our bunny over the last two years has been exceptional. Taking her in at short notice (if you're lucky enough to find a space!) and when booking in advance my bun is left safe in the knowledge she will be cared for like it's home from home

Our plans for a week's holiday were halted by a lack of people willing to petsit our two rats. My dughter did some research and found Lucy, and as soon as we arrived to drop them off it was certain this was a wonderful place for our pets. We met rats, guinea pigs and bunnies all in a beautiful enclosure with spaces they could be let out for free time. Plenty of fresh food was available and Lucy was a genuinely lovely person who cared about animals. We were sent updates every day on our rats and Lucy went above and beyond our highest expectations. You couldn't find a more perfect place to look after your rabbits while you are away. Lucy's care and attention to food, accommodation and joy in her job is wonderful. My bunnies had the best break that I could imagine at the Holiday Hutch. It's great to have found such a place. Thank you Lucy. Emma

We would like to thank lucy for looking after our much loved hamster peppermint patty ,lucy took such great care of our little gir,l reassuring us daily that she was ok and sent us pictures which put my mind at ease as it's hard going away and leaving a pet you love so much ,it's hard to find boarding for small animals ,but after looking through Lucy's site I knew she would be the perfect person to look after her ,she loves animals so much and gives each animal the love and attention you would give,I very highly recommend Lucy's holiday hutch to anyone looking for pet boarding and this would be the only place I would take my small animals to in the future .

Lucy looked after our two guinea pigs for 10 days in Sep 2019. I would recommend her services to anyone with small pets. The dedicated facilities were very nice and Lucy demonstrates a genuine passion to provide quality care for our animals. Lucy also sent us some updates and photos while we were away, which was lovely. Our pigs were very happy when we went to pick them up.

Lucy looked after my two bunnies while I was away on holiday and they had such a great time. She sent me regular pictures of my buns while I was away. She gave them cardboard boxes to nibble on, a ramp to jump on and plenty of fresh greens. They had plenty of space to run around and had a good amount of shade/sun/shelter/ freedom. I can't recommend Lucy enough and I will definitely be leaving them with her again when I go away! Thanks Lucy!

Lovely holiday home for our Guinea pigs. The hutches, in a cabin in the garden, are brand new and light, clean and spacious. Friendly,, professional service from Lucy who sent us updates while we were away which really pleased my daughter! Our piggies were in great shape when we returned and had obviously been well cared for. Highly recommend Lucy and her excellent holiday home.

We left our 2 pairs of much loved guinea pigs with Lucy for 10 days over Easter, and I really felt like they were in very safe hands. The accommodation is spacious and clean, they went out into the garden whenever it was possible and I don't think I can fault the care they received with Lucy. She obviously loves what she does and enjoyed our pets. I couldn't have asked for any more. Thank you :)

I would highly recommend Lucy's holiday hutch. I recently left my two rabbits for the first time, I searched high and low for somewhere that would care for them at the same standard that i do (they are very pampered bunnies) After popping in for a visit I knew as soon as I spoke to Lucy that not only did she know her animals, but she genuinely cared and loved each and every one of them. I got regular updates with videos and pictures which really put my mind at rest, and both bunnies were well taken care of, happy and healthy on pickup. Without doubt I have will be using Lucy's Holiday Hutch again. Bailey, Willow and myself say a massive Thank you.

Our 2 guinea pigs have just returned from their second stay with Lucy and we couldn't be happier with the excellent care they received. Lucy is so calm and experienced when handling them that they settle straight away and have a large enclosure with plenty of space for exercising and resting. It's lovely to know that they get time outside too. Lucy took time to find out about their favourite foods and sent us cute pictures of them enjoying their favourite snacks, which really reassured our children who had been missing them! We've already rebooked for the summer.

Excellent service received. Lucy looked after our hamster and I could relax knowing she was being properly cared for. Our hamster was kept in the house, same as at home. Particularly handy service if you live in Brighton and convenient drop off and collection times arranged. Lucy also sent me a photo and update. I would not hesitate to recommend.
