About our Home Boarding
We’re licensed with a 5*rating for dog home boarding by Bromley council. Fully insured family run dog home boarding providing ‘home from home’ experience. We’re specialising in care of small and medium breeds, accept no more than two dogs at a time. Your little one will stay with us in a clean comfortable home, will be treated like part of our family with a lot of love and cuddles. Please check my website for more details.
Accommodation:
-A house with an enclosed garden
-Comfy and clean Environment
-No kennels
-Non Smoking
-Your dog will never be left alone
-1 resident dog, No other pets
-Allowed on sofas
-Allowed to roam and nap/sleep anywhere in our home (except our bedroom)
-Potty breaks every 0-2 Hours
Exercise:
Our typical day 🐾🐾
We go for two walks (about an hour walk in a park in the morning and a short about 30mins walk in the afternoon). We take dogs to various parks in Bromley such as Whitehall rec, Norman Park, Beckenham Place Park, Jubilee Park, High Elms Country Park, Scadbury Park, Hawkwoods and family trips on weekends! We also provide them with mentally stimulating enrichment games & activities at home because mental exercises are as important as physical exercise for dogs. Do you know a slow walk with a lot of time for sniffing is much more tiring and beneficial for dogs than a faster long walk? It also reduces stress levels.
Health & Hygiene:
All the dogs must be vaccinated fully including Kennel cough, and up to date with flea and worm treatments. Males dogs must be neutered and bitches will not be accepted when in season. Dogs with aggressive behaviour will not be accepted. Free grooming, and bath if necessary.

Our dog Monty has been going to Kiyoko's since he was a puppy. It's the only boarding place I would feel happy leaving him at. Kiyoko is absolutely amazing with him and he literally can't wait to go there - we are sometimes worried he doesn't want to come back! The care and attention she gives is second to none. Kiyoko has been looking after our Cockapoo Lincoln since he was a puppy; she is absolutely amazing, taking so much care and effort to make sure he is happy and super relaxed. Every time we pull up to her home, he gets so excited and can't wait to get inside. Kiyoko always goes goes the extra mile, recommending activities to help with behavioural changes where necessary.Lincoln was very anxious about walking on hard floors and Kiyoko has spent a lot of time helping him to overcome this. I always feel so at ease knowing he will be staying with Kiyoko and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Our dog Ollie has been going to staypawsitive for a few years now and we could not be Happier. Kiyoko is Amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough. We also like the fact that she takes a maximum of two dogs. We feel like it's a holiday for Ollie too as we can see just how Happy he is from the photos and videos Kiyoko sends daily. We can relax and enjoy our holiday not worrying about Ollie, knowing he is Happy and well cared for. Feels like home from home and we can see just how much Ollie loves being with Astro and friends.

From the first moment I met Kiyoko I was made to feel confident about my dog's staycation. Kiyoko gave me regular updates of his welfare together with photos. My dog was taken on lovely walks to different parks everyday, which I could see he really enjoyed. My dog was a shy nervous little boy who thanks to Kiyoko and her caring kind teaching has turned into a much more confident little one. I would highly recommend the service and will be using again for future requirements.

Kiyoko is amazing. Our dog Milo has been going to her since he was a puppy. She is always my go-to for daycare and boarding. I get upset if, due to her availability, Milo can't board with her because I know he would be well looked after. Kiyoko is very professional. I also like that she only takes 2 dogs at a time. Even if I don't need daycare, I still send Milo every now and then, just so that he can enjoy a day with his friend Astro!
