About our Guinea Pig Boarding

I’m Sarah, owner of Plumpton Patch, a small animal boarding in Northamptonshire. Mother of two young (human) boys, 2 dogs, a cat, 2 guinea pigs and 4 chickens. Ex pig farmer, current llama farmer to approximately 38 llamas and all round animal fanatic!

I can’t quite express how much I love all animals, since a young age, mum said that even the nits and fleas seemed to be drawn to me. So it was only natural that I revolved my whole life and livelihood around animals.

At Plumpton Patch, we pride ourselves on being a family-run pet boarding service where every one is involved and up for cuddles. Our home from home environment ensures that your beloved pets receive the love and care they deserve while you're away.

We have indoor and outdoor accommodation

Daily exposure to grass in enclosed runs

Hello We have just got a lion head rabbit- she is currently 9 weeks old and we've had to keep her in and cool in this weather!!!! We go on holiday from 23rd July for 10 days and had planned on friend coming in but thinking be easier knowing she's someone who can watch/look after her as she's my sons rabbit…. Long shot but do you have any space and be able to have her at all? Thank you Sarah

Plumpton Patch is such a welcoming and friendly place, Sarah who runs it (along with the help of her two little boys) is clearing an experienced animal carer and is passionate about what she does. My two guinea pigs had a great holiday and will be booking again soon.
