Vicki was happy for us to come and look round before leaving our two rabbits with her. This was really reassuring as we could see where they would be staying. When we dropped them off Vicki gave them a thorough check and then settled them in. She sent photos each day which our children loved. Both rabbits were happy and settled and we will definitely use Vicki when we go away again.

We have just returned from our five star holiday . Beautiful accommodation, straw and logs to scratch and perch on. Very comfy night accommodation and best thing ever , treats if Kiwi , cucumber ,kale and broccoli. Lovely sunny spot for us to relax in , and Vicki read us stories and sent mum photos . Hoping to return very soon . Thank you xx

Our guinea pigs had the most brilliant time at Rosa Small Pet Holidays. They were cared for and loved, groomed and their cage was kept beautifully clean. We had photo updates while we were away which the children loved. Thank you so much for such a fabulous service. We will definitely be returning next time we go away.

I was struggling to find a place for my two guinea pigs and hamster to board while I went on holiday, until I came across Vicki and her pet boarding, I went down to visit before hand and I knew straight away they would be looked after to a high standard. Vicki went through her routine and the accommodation (indoor and out) which put me at ease straight away, we discussed how fussy my Guineas are and she took the time to take note of everything I said - I could tell that my pets would be loved and cared for 100% while I was away. Vicki also gave regular updates (and photos) on how my pets were which was absolutely lovely, I will definitely be coming here again as the service is amazing and Vicki is such a wonderful person.

Well! Mum left me again when she went on her holidays. I'm a house Bunny. I love coming to staying here! Didn't want to come home and Mum was a bit upset. She understood and was very happy that I love coming here. Coming again in September. Cannot wait. Mum trusts Vicki.

Wow, wow and more wow! My house bunny George has stayed with Vicki for about 4 times now. She is great! Keeps me fully informed throughout the stay as to how he is. I am very fussy and would not leave George if I wasn't happy. Meet Vicki before your board your family pet with her. You will have no worries. As I said, I am very fussy and trust Vicki 110%.

What an amazing find! Lottie and Oscar (mini lop rabbits), really were in the best hands. Vickie was absolutely fabulous and couldn't be more professional or help enough.The accommodation was perfect for them in every way and all their needs were met. Vickie kept in touch with us too. Looking forward to booking the bunnies in again as I am keen to support quality, local businesses.

George my house bunny had his third stay with Vicki. Vicki is amazing. George is so happy with Vicki. When I drop him off he goes straight into his hutch/has a run around and never looks back! It's home from home to him. Cannot thank her enough. Vicki - you are amazing and so professional.

We had never left our Grey Lop before, but after meeting Vicki and her Son George our mind was at ease. The standard of accommodation indoor and out and hygiene was a very high standard. Vicki was so patient in going through her routine, feeding, play, love EVERYTHING. As requested regular pictures of her feeding even by hand, cuddles in Vicki's arms playing in the outside enclosure having lots of fresh air and FUN. Munch sends her love to you all we are very lucky to of found you. See you all very soon.

My name is George and I'm a house rabbit. I have just had the best week with Vicki and her son also called George. I had plenty of space to run around and my Mum was kept informed daily as to how I was doing! (she's a bit of a worrier about me....!!). Mum is so happy with how well I have been looked after that she has booked me in for another week in September - cannot wait!!

We booked in on Friday and were so impressed with the luxurious accommodation, excellent customer service and the Michelin standard meals. Our favourite part was the wonderful cuddles from Vicky. We would highly recommend this place and so would our humans. Fudge and Nibbles (Guinea Pigs)

I would like to say just how fantastic this service is. We have never gone away and felt so secure in the knowledge our little degus (Bambam and Pebbles) were being so well cared for. Vicki and her little son George treated our little pets like a member of the family and went through everything with us prior to leaving. Vicki was in regular contact whilst we were away and will do this at agreed times with you. Utterly amazing service and will be taking our degus to her regularly from now on when we go away. Cant thank her enough.
