Accommodation:

Fenced in enclosed garden high fencing n can walk around on leash or you provide a pen outdoors will not be left unattended and indoors overnight
Only one persons animals at a time
None of my own

Exercise:

Yes if small dog no pulling or aggressive behaviours
Gentle exercise not overnight boarding daycare only for dogs
