Jo has looked after my entire menagerie for years ! Rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamster, and a very difficult dog ! They all love her and I wouldn't ever take them anywhere else ! She treats them all as part of the family

Joanne is very trustworthy and looks after our beloved pets which she has boarded for a few years now. She now walks our new spaniel as well who is a hyperactive handful however Joanne has enough knowledge, experience and patience to look after her. Would not go anywhere else but to Jo's Pet Place.

I'm giving Jo the 5 star rating that she absolutely deserves. She obviously adores the animals she looks after and I would not want anyone else caring for my pets. She is very safety conscious and really understands that our pets are our babies and looks after them like they're her own. Thanks Joanne I'll definitely be using you again in the near future.

Jo is an absolute star! At the last minute, our pet sitter cancelled on us and Jo was the only person who would take our pigs during the height of Summer. She sent photos and updates often during our one-month holiday, which would not have been possible without her.

Jo has looked after our hamster several times over the last few years and is brilliant. Jo is caring and knowledgeable so we know our hamster is in good hands. She is also very flexible, fitting us in at the last minute on a couple of occasions and is always really lovely to deal with - we are very grateful. Highly recommend.

I have been using Jo's Pet Place for several years now, first with my single rabbit, then for rabbit bonding and now the two bunnies together. I always know they will be well looked after. Jo's prices are very reasonable and she is extremely flexible regarding drop off and pick up times, which is very helpful, as well as dates - on the latest stay, I originally booked 7 days, but then had to extend the stay and that wasn't an issue for Jo. I would highly recommend her.

Our Guinea pigs were well looked after and happy to stay with Jo. She was extremely accommodating and even came to pick them up. They had access to outdoor space in the daytime in runs that kept them separate from other pets. She sent us pictures so we could see how they were doing whilst we were away. Would happily use Jo again.

Hands down, the greatest animal caregiver I have ever met. Jo is personable, approachable, so kind and nurturing. I have been a customer of Jo's for two years and have always found her services exceptional. My two rabbits, Mia and Shiloh really thrive in her care. Jo is extremely reliable and flexible, I have used her services for both planned boarding and emergencies and she is really accommodating. The care and love that she has for animals is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to her, she is incredible. 10/10 would recommend

We've used Jo's Pet Place since we first got our guinea pigs two and a half years ago. She always fits us in, messages back promptly and arranges a time suitable for us to drop the guinea pigs off and pick them up. Our boys get lots of attention, outside space when it's dry and are looked after superbly. Jo will even send pictures to keep us updated. Jo's love of animals shines through and I recommend her without hesitation.

My little bunny went to jo about 4 times . She was brilliant jo picked and drop my bunny off each time . Jo always message me right back when message to see how she was doing jo was just brilliant thank you so much for looking after her .

My one Guinea has been to Jo twice this year, the last visit being for 18days. (Last year Jo had both my Guinea's) Jo is very caring, has good understanding of animals, and looks after them, as though they were her own. My Guinea is well cared for in a safe environment, and goes out in the garden, weather permitting, I think he gets lots of attention and cuddles too! My Guinea had to stay an extra day and that was not a problem. There are no set times for drop off/pick up, just times to suit yourself and Jo. My Guinea always comes home happy and content. Jo's daughter is a big help and very good with the animals also. I would recommend leaving your pet with Jo, thanks Jo.

My 3 pet rats went to stay with Jo, she picked them up and dropped them off for a reasonable price and she lives pretty far away! She did it on such short notice as well, i could tell just from meeting her twice that she cares so much for animals and is honestly such a bubbly, happy person. She kept me up to date on my boys and even cleaned them out even though it was only a short stay, i could tell she spoilt them rotten and they came back looking happy and calm. Definitely recommend having your pets stay with Jo!

Our two guinea pigs stayed with Jo for a few nights while we went away. They stayed with her last year and we were so impressed with how they were looked after that we didn't hesitate to give Jo a call again. They had a lovely spacious cage to stay in and played in the garden most days when the weather was nice. We got updates and pics while we were away and it's very reassuring to know they are being so well looked after. We highly recommend Jo and will definitely be booking the guinea pigs in for another stay with her again.

Our 2 guinea pigs have stayed with Jo on numerous occasions. They are very well looked after, in a clean and safe environment. They get lot's of care, attention and cuddles! Jo is great with the animals- she is kind and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Great service - the piggies love it and so do we ! Would definitely recommend.

Left my beautiful rabbits with jo several times,she picked up/dropped them off for a small fee. Both pets treated like royalty and pics sent to reassure you on your holidays.. Nice little touch. Fab!

We booked our guinea pigs in here for a couple of nights last month. Jo is fantastic and treats them like her own pets, finding out all about them so they would feel at home while staying there. We felt happy leaving them knowing they would be well taken care of. We will definitely be visiting again.

Jo looked after my 4 (2 rabbits and 2 Guineas 8yrs old) for two weeks while I went on holiday. They were treated like animal royalty! Fed and cared for very well in a lovely spacious cage and had a run in the garden most days along with lots of love and cuddles! Jo has a fabulous little business going on and is absolutely lovely, very pleased will definitely book in again!

Jo looked after our 2 Guinea pigs while we were away for 10 days. She was truly lovely, really easy to deal with and responded to our questions quickly. The guinea pigs stayed in a lovely environment and we were kept up to date with photos and comments while we were away. There were no set times or deadlines for dropping off and collecting which was a huge help. I really felt Jo cared for our pets and we would definitely use her services again. X

Jo was fantastic. Great communication with us at all times. She showed great commitment in looking after our guinea pigs and provided all the love and care they needed whilst we were away.
