About our Small Pet Boarding

I have had small animals for as long as I can remember, a few big ones along the way, but have always gone back to the littlies. They have all had very different personalities, various temperaments and different needs.
I currently have a Netherland dwarf rabbit called George. He is an indoor rabbit and is utterly spoiled. I check his water, hay and well-being throughout the day, any excuse for a tickle & interaction.

Accommodation:

Indoor boarding only.
Please email me with your Holiday dates, spaces fill up very fast!
When you enquire, please can you include Drop off & Collection dates.
What animal(s) you want to board.

Busy periods are Bank holiday weekends, Easter, Christmas & School Summer holidays.

Exercise:

I follow the guide lines regarding cage sizes. Heating, drafts, sunlight and other elements are taken into consideration while your pet(s) are in my care.
They will not be left overnight & there will be someone on the premises at least 18 hours out of 24. If no one is home for any length of time, the radio will be left on for them.

Health & Hygiene:

I will endeavour to take the greatest care of your pet(s). I will treat them as one of my own, with play time, grooming, cuddles, veggies, treats & the odd little photo shoot. (Our Facebook page allows us to keep you up to date regarding your pets stay with us via messages and photos)
My environment is a quiet little sanctuary ideal for your creature's comfort and well-being.
Please feel free to arrange a visit if you wish to see where your pet(s) will be staying.
Dry food (Science Selective ) is provided as standard, however any special dietary requirements should be provided by the owner. Owners are encouraged to bring along some of their pet’s toys to enable them to settle in with familiar belongings.

Small Pet Boarding Prices

Tiny Animals:
Please bring them in their own cage.
Mouse/ Hamster /Gerbil /Budgie / Canary
And other littlies.
£5 per day

SmallAnimals:
Rat - £5 per day
Degu - £7 per day
Guinea Pig - £7 per day
Chinchilla - £10 per day
For extended stays or for more than 2 animals sharing please get in touch for discounted prices.
Prices are calculated on a per day, per animal basis, including drop off and collection days.
Payment is required in full on the day of arrival or in advance.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or cash payment only.
No deposit is required.
We do not charge extra for Bank Holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day which will be charged at double the daily rate.
A minimum 3 day charge is made for overnight bookings (in own cage)
A minimum 4 day charge is made for overnight bookings if we supply cage

Other Services

Nail trims for Guinea Pigs Only & they do need to be booked in advance. I have to arrange a visit from the lady who provides this service. Nail trims are £6 per piggie.
No professional grooming is offered at the moment, I am happy to brush your pet(s) please bring the equipment you want me to use.
