About our Home Boarding

This is my second year doing home boarding and day care, which is licensed by South Ayrshire Council. We are member of the Home Boarding Association. I previously qualified as a vet nurse and dog groomer. Also Blue Cross pet-bereavement counsellor.

Accommodation:

I live between Doonfoot and Alloway. The garden is completely fenced off and there are secure gates at the sides. Boarding dogs have full access to the garden. In the house they can use the kitchen, dining room and living room and snooze on my sofa!

Exercise:

I take my own dogs for 2 walks a day; Greenan, Belleisle Park, Rozelle Park or front beach at Ayr are some of the places we regularly walk. Late night walk around the block.

Health & Hygiene:

When you board with me, I will want to see up-to-date vaccination certificates as well as when you last wormed and flea-treated your dogs. I reserve the right to do this myself if necessary at the owners cost.

Home Boarding Prices

Dog walking £12.00 per hour for up to two dogs.
Dog boarding £20.00 per night; drop off after 4 pm and pick up by 11 am. Second(and third) dog of the same family £12.00 per night. NO DOG CAN BOARD WITHOUT A TRIAL NIGHT FIRST.
Half day care: 6 hours between 8 am and 8 pm, £10.00. Full day-care (up to 12 hours between 8 am and 8pm). £20.00. Pay; cash, bank transfer or Paypal.

Other Services

I can collect and drop off for boarding or day-care if you like, at £5.00 per ride within 10 miles.
