8th September 2022 Just returned from our holiday. We left our dog Rosie with the guys at Shelton dogs. She had a fantastic time. We have already booked her for her next stay. These guys do get fully booked quickly, and I can understand why. I think anyone would find it difficult to find anywhere better. Highly recommend.

21/07/22 Left our dog lola for the first time ever. We heard so many wonderful things about this company. I wouldn't say we wasn't worried because we had never left her with anyone before. Dom & Carmen and Marcus are all very knowledgeable about dogs, and very professional. Lola had the best time ever! We got updates and when we come to collect her, she greeted us lovely, but then wanted to go back inside again. We highly recommend these guys. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

27/09/2021 Just picked my dog (Rusty) up from staying at shelton dogs for 10 nights. He was very pleased to see me but wanted to go back inside. We have been using these guys now for last 4 years. We wouldn't use anywhere else now. Dom & Carmen and Marcus are a fantastic team and have loads of knowledge and great tips. Highly recommended.

Got to say a massive thank you to Shelton Dogs, Bingos home away from home. Not only did they look after my Golden Retriever whilst away in August, giving him the best holiday ever, helping me out massively with a funeral to attend and my car having broken down, they collected and returned Bingo making my life alot easier. It was one less worry knowing Bingo was having love, fun and cuddles with Dom & family. Lots of photos and updates means a lot. I would recommend Shelton Dogs 1000% peace of mind for anyone and bounds fun & care for your four legged friendsðŸ˜

I thought it was only right to leave a review, as this Homeboarding family run business is fantastic. Our dog actually gets so excited once we get near to shelton dogs. We left our 2 dogs (miniature Schnauzer and Labrador) at Shelton Dogs for just over a week. It was the first time they had been left from ourselves. We were kept up-to-date during the holiday via pictures. They were very well looked after and I have no hesitation in using the service again when we go away on holiday.

Dom the owner is very highly experienced with dogs, he really has a very good way with them, and my two love him to bits.Carmen and Marcus are both lovely as well, Marcus is really relaxed around the dogs and Carmen is so lovely. 4/3/18 Haven't been on holiday for 4years, we had a terrible experience where we left our Labrador before, and it really put us off leaving him anywhere.Last year two of my friends were going away for a girls weekend, and they both use sheltondogs, and have done for sometime. My friend suggested because Dave was at home on the weekend, if Douglas wasn't happy for any reason he could just go and collect him. Well when we dropped Doug to Dom's he wasn't reluctant at all, he happily just went with Dom. When Dave came to collect Douglas on the Monday, he was so relaxed and happy, Dom had text us a couple of times over the weekend and kept us updated.I am so pleased to have found sheltondogs.Cant recomened them highly enough.We have booked our next trip away together again, feeling really relaxed and happy knowing Douglas will be having a holiday as well.

My boys have stayed with Dom for a few years now. He is fantastic amazing set up, fantastic location for dogs to have brilliant walks and exercise. My boys are always excited when the car is being packed and never look back when released from the car!! Never have to worry about them you do a fantastic job Dom!!

4/12/17 Myself and my brother have just moved to bedfordshire. We both work shifts so normally one of us is about to look after Craig ( Labrador). We both usually holiday together with my other brother and his family.we found sheltondogs through other dog people, and heard many good things about this company.I have to say that myself and my brother was both very impressed, and Craig had a fantastic time.We have booked Craig in for our next holiday in the spring.

I left my 3 rescue dogs with Dom on the 12th of september for 2 weeks i was a bit aprehensive because they are always with me as i dont work.Dom collected the dogs for their 2 weeks holliday I was kept very informed by daily photographs of them and could see how much they were enjoying their holliday so that made it much easier for us to enjoy ours.I Dom bought our dogs back to us on the 27th September they were healthy and happy. I would fully reccomend 100% Shelton Dogs for your dogs to be boarded Dom And his boys are great thank you so much for giving us peace of mind will deffinatly use again

Left my two Yorkshire terriers here in May, it was the first time we had left them in three years, after having a bad experience else where. Dominic has been looking after my two little chihuahuas for a few years now and can't speak highly enough as to how he takes good care of them. I wouldn't have them go anywhere else. I reluctantly put them in kennels for a couple of weeks but one of them came back really unhappy. Dom looks after them well, its home from home as they are used to just lazing on the sofa all day the pooches also love their walks in the countryside which backs onto his property away from the main road. They are always very excited to see Dom and his teenage boys. We are always kept well informed as to their behaviour and get some lovely photos sent to us. I worry about the tiny one as he is a faddy eater. If my little pooch won't eat then he is coaxed by being hand fed or plays a little game with him. We have to do this sometimes as he can't afford to lose the weight. It's really good to be kept informed and Dominic really does give that personal touch. 27/11/16 We have left out Yorkshire terrier with Dom now a number of times! He needs mediation several times a day given to him.I have always felt very comfortable leaving Tim at sheltondogs! Nala our dog has been visiting Dom since she was just a small puppy. She loves everything about going to stay and can't contain her excitement on arrival. It's great to receive photos during her stay to see what she's up to and the home environment is wonderful. We couldn't be happier.
