Petals Pet Boarding

I found Petals Pet Boarding last year, and took my guinea pig to stay, couldn't believe that somewhere would be better than your own home, but it was. I was overwhelmed with the attention to detail cleanliness he gives to caring for all his boarders. My little piggy stayed another 3 times through the year. I would highly recommend this beautiful holiday hotel for your little ones. Thanks again Ben.

We've used Petals now a few times and can honestly say Ben and the team are amazing. Our guinea pigs are so well looked after I don't think Lucky and Spirit ever want to come home. We get pics and videos of how they're doing, nothing is too much trouble. Your pets will be cared for like they're their own and you wouldn't find a better carers for them. Without a doubt I recommend Petals to friends and family. Our piggies are already looking forward to their next stay.

I needed to board my African Grey parrot at short notice. Petals were amazing. They worked wonders to accommodate my Parrot “Buster” He had a nice big cage, lots of various fruits and veggies and lots of attention too. I also enjoyed the videos; Thank you so much Petals team. I have already booked him in for Christmas 2023!

I had concerns about leaving my beloved pet rabbit with anyone as he's had an unsettled past and has ended up being a bit needy as a result. As soon as I went into Petals Prt boarding I felt at ease. They were previously a rescue centre and know everything about rabbits! I would not entrust my precious bunny with someone else lightly but they are fantastic! I also got video updates and could see how happy my bunny was!

My bunny stayed away at petals boarding for the first time and really enjoyed it. He wasnt really active before he boarded but with all the love and care provided he was back to his usual self binking and eating well. I Will 100% use this service again as the staff are so welcoming and friendly providing daily updates too.

First time I gave used petals pet boarding and I would highly recommend. I was kept regularly updated with videos whilst on holiday, plenty of love and area for my bunny to play. Very clean too. Will be using again. Friendly staff.

I haven't previously left my pet rabbit, Butters, at any kind of pet boarding before, as he's 5 years old and had an unsettled background so I was worried he would feel stressed. However, as soon as I arrived, Ben was so knowledgable and caring about Butters I instantly felt at ease. I was given daily videos so I could see Butters playing outside and helping himself to a wide array of vegetables. Knowing I can rely on Petals Pet Boarding has given me a lot more flexibility as I know Butters will be extremely well taken care of and have a great time! I cannot recommend Petals Pet Boarding more!

Petals boarding are the best of the best! We used them for the first time this weekend (19th may.) Our bun Coco received first class treatment and was looked after with such love and care. I wouldn't use any other boarding again. Thanks Ben x

Thank you so much to Ben for looking after Luna (my rabbit) so well. Luna has now done multiple long stays 3-4 weeks and a 2 week long stay too between homes and holidays where she has been cared for incredibly well. When I first dropped her off Ben told me he'd send videos and pictures of how she was getting on which I didn't realise how much I would appreciate. She has good quality food, hay and fresh veggies daily, even finding out some new favourites for her. In my updates Luna is playful, firstly and often foraging through the hay boxes, the rabbit I left with him, if not an upgraded version! Unfortunately, for a 2 week period when I needed a longer stay Ben didn't have enough room to put Luna up; I put her in different care and counted down the days until I could take her back to Ben. My advice is to book up soon - just don't take my spot! Thank you again to Ben and his team.

Whilst we've been away in London, our furry little lads stayed at Petals Pet Boarding & we couldn't be more impressed with the service provided. Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in caring for small animals and we felt so at ease leaving them! We had daily videos and reports on them and had no concerns about leaving them. The enclosures were large and Ben prioritises cleanliness in between animal stays. They were well fed and watered with endless supplies of hay and had access to enrichment toys. Thank you Petals Pet Boarding, we'll be seeing you again!

Ben looked after our 2 bunnies so well. They came to visit for bonding and he looked after them attentively and with such care whilst using his knowledge of bunny behaviour to help them to bond. What a fantastic company! We sent our 2 guinea pigs for boarding for 2 weeks, and they couldn't have been in better hands. The place is spotless, the staff are so friendly, and we got regular video and photo updates. The piggies had plenty of room in their indoor run, with regular time also spent out in the garden. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be using them again.

Our little chap spent 10 days with petals whilst we were in Spain. I would Highly recommend petals as they offer fantastic accommodation as well as updates daily showing how much fun your pet is having and how looked after they are whilst you are away will definitely be booking him in again for his holidays with petals

Definitely recommend, the facilities are clean and tidy and staff are very knowledgeable and really care about the animals. We were sent Whatsapp videos every few days to keep us updated on how our Guinea Pig was doing

I highly recommend Petals Pet Boarding to look after your pets. Right from the start, they asked a lot of questions about my rats in terms of diet, activity and what they liked and didn't like. Petals Pet Boarding really cared about Rene & Rizzo, sending me photos and videos whilst I was on holiday and telling me how well both were under their care. The location was roomy, temperature controlled and with special runs allowing my rats to exercise. It's extremely professional and the cost of the 12 days was excellent and truly value for money.g

The best Pet Home Boarding. The condition is great, its clean, lots of room for the pets to run, inside and outside. Incredible care, daily updates with photos and videos. Friendly owner and he knows what he is doing. The best place our bunny has been so far. I 100% recommend.
