The rodent room

We boarded our 2 rats and rabbit for a week in August. Our animals were so well look after in a loving family environment. Communication was brilliant and although we missed them terribly we knew that they were in safe hands. Highly recommend and will be using this service again!

Thanks Louise for looking after our hamster at The Rodent Room and taking such care of her when there was clearly a health problem. Thanks also for your regular updates and photos, and keeping me updated on how she was doing. Our hamster is now perky, lively and running around happily. We had the best experience with Louise. She looked after our guinea pigs for five months, and every week she would send us a picture of them to let us know they're happy. The guineas have become more relaxed about being picked up after staying at Louise's. Also, they returned chonky and good looking. Seems like they had a blast! Thank you Louise.

Our rabbit stayed with Louise over Christmas and New year. We had previously boarded him elsewhere, but after their closure we needed to find an alternative. I couldn't have hoped for a better solution! Polo was looked after with such care and attention, and we were sent lovely picture and video updates during his stay. I was completely confident that he was in safe hands, and having a lovely time! I would definitely recommend The Rodent Room.

Really excellent, on all fronts. Friendly, professional, flexible on pick-up/drop-off times and really lovely touches like sending pics every now and again so my daughter could see her Guinea Pigs were being so well looked after! 100% recommendation from us.

Excellent boarder for our two buns, they loved their stay! Photos and updates were sent quite frequently during their stay for peace of mind. Will be using their services again!

We left our rabbit at the Rodent Room for two weeks whilst on vacation, and we were really pleased and impressed with the service offered by Louise. Our rabbit was given lots of time, care and attention, and we were kept updated regularly with lots of lovely photos. Best rabbit sitter we have used to date, would highly recommend.

Fuzzy and Cookie, our two gerbils, have just returned from an amazing holiday staying with Louise. A 5* hotel with their own room 😀They were really well looked after and cleaned out so that when we collected them one less job for us. I would highly recommend Louise and not to mention extremely good value price wise. We will definitely go to Louise again.
