Our pets enjoyed a week long stay and had an absolutely glorious time. We had regular updates with photos and amusing info on what they'd been up to, I noticed they had entertainment in their room (WiFi, Netflix... Nooo, cardboard tubes with hay and treats in, tunnels, balls), and they looked contented and relaxed being handled on their laps.
When we collected them they were clean and hoppy, their paws the kind of shade of light yellow that showed they'd not been cooped up in the hutch but rather playing in the run on grass. We were very pleased with the five star service they had (better than we got in our BnB, in fact next holiday we're thinking of sending the pets off to the coast while WE stay in the hutch at the Oxford Pet Hotel! ;) )
