The Bunny Hop & Friends Hotel

Second time I have booked my rabbits in with Fiona. Not only did she care for them while I was away, she managed to bond 2 of them for me. I had been struggling to do this and Fiona offered to help. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My daughter's two guinea pigs have stayed with Fiona a few times now. Each time they have been so well cared for - well fed, spend time outside, a nice clean hutch and we trust Fiona 100%. She is extremely flexible with regard to drop off and pick up times. Would thoroughly recommend!

Fiona looked after our 2 guinea pigs and 2 rats for two weeks while we were on holiday. Fiona was great from the first time I contacted her. She was happy to let us visit before so we could see the 'Hotel'. It was clean and airy and air conditioned. She was knowledgeable and more than happy to accommodate our instructions for the boys. She sent us numerous photos of the piggies and rats while we were away which was really reassuring and lovely to receive. When we picked them up they were happy and settled right back in at home immediately. Fiona was also accommodating of our drop off and pick up times. All in all I highly recommend Fiona. We will certainly we using her services again next year. Thank you Fiona.

Our two Guinea pigs have stayed at the bunny hop hotel three times now. We are very happy with it as our Guinea pigs are always happy when we pick them up. Fiona is reliable and has been able to accommodate our pick up and drop off times.

I was in need of a good holiday home to keep my rabbit who was in need of lots of TLC and regular medicines. My mum found Fiona's website and after speaking to Fiona, I was relieved to hear she could look after my rabbit whilst on holiday. Fiona was great with my rabbit. Excellent care given and the treatment given has helped him recover from his watering tear ducts and sinuses. He has recovered amazingly well with Fiona who had him for 2 weeks. She is very dedicated to all the animals. 110% recommended and I will definitely be using Fiona's service in the future. If you have animals that need extra care, you won't need to worry about them staying with fiona. Photos provided too, so I could see how my rabbit was. Big cages and a peaceful setting for the animals to relax in. Thank you so much Fiona.

I really recommend booking with Fiona ,it will be my first time to leave my rabbit at hotel so I asked her if I can come to check the place and she agree. The place looks so nice and what I love is in their house garden so they are really close and are with rabbits everyday and as well they have shed which is great. The set up was lovely and everything was so nice and tidy,clean .Fiona was really helpful and answer to all my questions. My boy is going on May and I know he will have a good time there.

I would highly recommend Fiona for her excellent care for small animals. Both our rabbit and rats were really well cared for during their visit and came home looking so well. I had struggled to find boarding for our two pet rats, and am delighted to have found Fiona. She was also very reassuring to my daughter who was sad to leave her animals. This was Lenny and Lolas second stay with Fiona at The Bunny Hop Rabbitry and Hotel, she takes amazing care of them and did an amazing grooming on them both which I'd no easy job with 2 very wriggly double manes. Fiona was very quick to answer questions and very accommodating with drop off and collection times. Most importantly Fiona took good care of our 4 rabbits in July, lovely to leave them feeling confident they would be in safe hands. Fiona has looked after our elderly house bunny several times now. She always takes the most wonderful care of her. Fiona also grooms her regularly which isn't an easy task as Meg is part angora. My guinea pigs had a great stay. They are 2 big teddy brothers - always hungry! They stayed when we went to Scotland and were well and happy when collected. Communications before were helpful and rapid. Price was reasonable. I will be using this bunny hotel again!

It was our first time of using Fiona to look after our 2 guinea pigs, Fliss and Lottie. We chose The Bunny Hop Hotel due to the excellent reviews online, which were re-assuring and made the 22 mile detour en-route to our holiday worthwhile. Fiona is lovely and the girls seem very relaxed after the stay with her. An added bonus of staying at the Bunny Hop Hotel is that we were able to book in a hair-cut for the girls whilst they were staying there, they are proper wrigglers when we try to do this ourselves, so was great to have this added service. All in all - a fantastic stay, we will definitely be using Fiona again and highly recommend the Bunny Hop Hotel.

My two boys (guinea-pigs) have spent a lovely two weeks at the Bunny Hop hotel & I can't recommend it highly enough. They were very well looked after. You can tell how much the family enjoy looking after the animals they board. I also paid for the boys to be groomed (they are very long haired) & they looked fantastic when I collected them at the end of our holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend & I will definitely be using them again.

I bought my rabbit Emaliya 2 years ago from Fiona and she is the cutest animal ever. Emaliya has been visiting his family home often while I was away and we couldn't ask for a better service. My mind is always at peace when she is going to be staying with Fiona as she take care of her very well. We have been using Bunny Hop Hotel since we got our rabbit, Honey, 3 years ago. She's stayed for short weekend stays and longer breaks whilst we've been away on holiday. Fiona has complete confidence with rabbits. She really looks after all the animals in her care well and is also so swift with responding to any messages and accommodating with collection and drop off times. As an indoor-only rabbit I was initially nervous about how Honey would adapt to a completely different living situation whilst she was boarding, but she always quickly adapts when she returns home and I feel copes well, which is an indication of the calm care she receives whilst away. I know the boarding rabbits are given individual time to use the runs to get their excercise when the weather is appropriate and I feel so much more confident leaving my pet in her care than I would with a neighbour or friends who have less experience with rabbits. Fiona also provides a nail clipping service for rabbits which has been useful. Jo S

We also choose to have the VIP treatment package as well so they are looking a million dollars when we collect them! Fiona took care of our rabbit while we were away on holiday for one week. Upon our return we had trouble with our car and and Fiona kindly agreed to care for our rabbit for an extra couple of days while our car was fixed. Fiona was confident caring for our rabbit, despite him having been aggressive towards another rabbit boarder previously. Upon our return home, it was obvious that our rabbit had been well cared for as he settled back in immediately. This has not always been the case at other rabbit boarders. I would not hesitate to have Fiona care for my rabbit again.

Just come back from 12 days away from our two rabbits. This was the first time we have ever left them with anyone outside our friends/family group, and Fiona treated them very well. She was great with my daughter who was tearful when we dropped them off, and she took time to show us the hutches and runs and talked about her own rabbits, which gave my daughter confidence. She also sent pictures of our happy rabbits which delighted my children. Fiona was very flexible and understanding when I came home sooner than planned. Nothing was too much trouble and I'm delighted with they way they were treated. We'll be back and would recommend to others. Thanks Fiona.
