Pets' Holiday Shack is run by Elizabeth, who is a member of NarpsUK (Nationwide Associates of Registered Pet Sitters UK), has a full DBS (CRB) check and is insured. She has a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management from Plumpton College and a BSc Honours Degree in Zoology. Has a lifetime (30 years) of experience in caring for all sorts of animals.
Guinea Pigs and Rabbits are kept in a custom built shed with 7 available hutches. All smaller animals and birds will be kept in a secure room inside the main house, so will get as much attention as like in their own homes. Please enquiry about Reptiles as we can look after some but not all species (no snakes).
With runs to go with the hutches, all Guinea Pigs and Rabbits can go out of the grass daily, weather permitting. Birds will get daily flights and all smaller animals will get daily exercise.
Health & Hygiene:
All rabbits are to be vaccinated (combined myxomatosis & RHD vaccine and the RHD2 vaccine) and we require to see their vaccination certificates before we accept them. All pets must be free from contagious illnesses. We will administer any current medication that is required. All our hutches are disinfected before any new resident and we aim to clean out all guests every 3 days (litter trays cleaned when required).
Small Pet Boarding Prices
We only accept Cash, Cheque or Internet Bank Transfer. Payment is preferred on or before the animals arrival.
Services: GroomingClaw Clipping
We can clip claws, give bathes and do general grooming if required.

Reviews from Our Guests
I booked my Guinea Pig 'Boris' into Pets' Holiday Shack last minute. Boris is an indoor guinea pig and had never been away from us before. Elizabeth asked what Boris liked and was aware that he had never been outdoors. She spent time getting to know me and Boris and made us feel confident to leave him. When we collected Boris he was happy, healthy and very talkative. We immediately booked him in for a return visit. When he returned, Boris remembered where he was, settled and started eating straight away... a sign he had enjoyed his previous holiday! Elizabeth was kind and caring and communicated with us throughout the booking. I would highly recommend Pets' Holiday Shack and will be using them in the future.

This is the first time I've left our little pet bunny and we couldn't be happier. Elizabeth and her family are welcoming, professional and above all clearly love animals. Elizabeth's knowledge is extremely reassuring and when we collected 'Stanley' it was quite obvious he had had a fabulous holiday. I will definitely use Pet Shack again and would highly recommend them to all. They totally empathise with owners' worries about leaving their precious pets and clearly treat each occupant as one of their own. Thank you Elizabeth

The Pets Holiday Shack is a wonderful place to leave your small pets when you go away. We take our bunnies Annabelle and Teddy there for holidays and know that every time they are well cared for, and given treats and exercise etc as they would at home. Elizabeth and family are lovely, brilliant at what they do, and there's nobody else but Pets Holiday Shack we'd trust to look after our beloved buns. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work :) x

Elizabeth is lovely and obviously adores looking after animals. I would reccomend her to any one looking for holiday boarding, and i shall definately be taking my rabbit there again,as i felt confident he would be very well looked after.
