Rover and Kittys

Jo saved the day when my dad was in hospital. She looked after his two dogs without any problems. They are elderly dogs and I was concerned about putting them in kennels. Jo was so welcoming and clearly loves dogs. They were very well cared for and very at home with Jo and her husband. We would definitely recommend her services

As soon as we met Joanne we new that Salvo our 9 year old Parson Russel Terrier would be very happy and well looked after. He took to Joanne straight away and was treated like one of the family. We received regular updates and pictures while we were on holiday and a day after we came home Joanne sent me a text to check that Salvo had settled back home ok, which he had. Joanne and her husband really care for animals they are genuine people and I highly recommend Rover and Kitty pet boarding

Left our chiwhawa Jasper for five nights could not be more happy this was first time he stayed away and my wife was worried but the service from rover and kitty's was great Daly updates were given so everything was fine Jasper settled in well and was well looked after. Would definitely recommend rover and kitty's.

Our dogs have just stayed with Jo for 6 nights. Although they were very happy to see us on our return, they also enjoyed there stay. Jo updated us regularly, also sent us photos. They are already booked in for another stay in September. Thank you Jo.

Jo helped me out when I had a booking cancelled. My two dogs stayed for two weeks. Jo was more than happy to send pictures and sent regular updates that all was well. My dogs returned happy and settled.

I left my 2.5 year old poodle cross with Jo for 5 nights. Although my dog was delighted to see me upon return (of course!) I can tell she had a good time at Jo's as she was happy and her usual self, with no issues settling back into her home routine. Jo also provided updates and a couple of photos via messages, which was a nice touch whilst we were away. I'll definitely be using Rover and Kittys again next time I need my dog looked after.

Jo has been looking after my 2 year old Shih Tzu for about 6 weeks once a week. I am so happy with my experience with her, Tilly has now stayed overnight for the last 2 weeks. My pup stands at her door every week, pulling at her lead, tail wagging to get in, to see Jo and her dogs. Would totally recommend, and big thanks to Jo's husband, Chris who is always giving my little one a big cuddle when I arrive to pick her up. It's like she's one of the family. No hesitation in recommending Jo to looking after your pup for day care or boarding, she's great.

Jo is a total star. Not only did she help us out at short notice, but she made sure that our trip away was not spent worrying about our girl. Our Sprocker spaniel has been loved and looked after as if she was Jo's own and has come home clearly very happy and well. Would highly recommend Rover & Kitty's!

I have used Jo's home visits (1 or 2x per day) for my cat Bertie for over two years now and I recommend Jo very highly. Jo has a great affinity and love for pets. I just boarded my 5 year old Chihuahua for 3 nights and it was her first time away from home. Well she couldn't have been in better hands. Jo kept me informed through out her stay with pictures of her and telling me how she was getting on, the dog loved Jo and her husband she was part of their family whilst she was with them my dog was very happy. She is already booked for her second stay.

I found Joanne after searching for a dogsitter via Google. As soon as I spoke to Joanne on the phone I knew she would be the right person to look after my dog. I then went to her house with my dog for the pre-visit and introduction and was very happy. Joanne is a genuine and lovely person who clearly loves animals. She made me feel welcome and my dog loved her immediately. Not only does she love animals, but the service she provides is completely in accordance with the requirements of her boarding licence and she is fully-insured. Highly recommended! This was the first time I had left my 4.5 month old overnight (2 nights) so I was a little anxious. But our poodle seemed very happy as soon as we got to Jo's house and settled well. We were kept updated with pictures and messages (which is really appreciated) and our pup is his usual happy, overly playful self on our return - such a huge relief. I've already booked Jo back in for our next break and would highly recommend!

Our pup Patsy stayed with Joanne for a night while we attended a family wedding. Could not recommend her enough, you can tell she really loves what she does. Patsy was very happy and comfortable there and Joanne made us feel at ease as this was the first time Patsy had been a way from us of a night. Joanne looked after our much loved pug Hugo whilst we was away, and I could not recommend Joanne enough, she is a lovely, friendly lady who clearly loves animals and the job that she does, I had no worries with leaving Hugo with Joanne and she kept me updated everyday. My young border terrier has been thoroughly enjoying Rover & Kittys' dog daycare for a few weeks now. Jo entertains him twice a week and he obviously loves his days with her; he can't get into her house quick enough in the mornings and is always reluctant to leave! Jo is really friendly, always accommodating and clearly loves dogs. Would definitely recommend.

My little fur baby Charley has been going to Jo for a couple of weeks now and is very well taken care off. I have never used this kind of service before so it was a big deal leaving Charley but I need not worried as Jo is a lovely woman, warm and caring and treats your pet as if they were her own. Charley really seems happy going in the mornings - she runs in and jumps up on the chair with her tail wagging (a great sign). Jo sends messages and photos in the day with an update which definitely puts your mind at ease. We had a couple of time and day changes over the weeks and Jo was more than accommodating, she is in fact an absolute star. Upon collection Jo gives you a run down of the day and we even went home with some freshly made home baked dog treats. Thank you Jo (and Chris) We will definitely, definitely be using your services in the future. Jo boarded our King Charles Spaniel this weekend 24th-27th may. He came home very happy and was well looked after. He even made a friend whilst staying there! Jo kept us updated throughout the weekend about how he was doing and to let us know he was ok which, was brilliant as we have never left him with anyone other than family before so, this put us at ease. Will definitely use Jo's services again in the future and would highly recommend.

After a very distressing experience at a kennels last year we found Jo to look after our beloved Beagle this year .Jo kept in touch everyday showed her how to use whatsapp too and she sent daily pictures of our lovely Boy playing and having a ball.We can't thank Jo enough and would highly recommend her if like me your Dog is such an important part of your family and need him/her to be so looked after.Will defiantly be using Jo next year such a lovely warm caring lady. Joanne looked after our shitzu for 3 days this weekend, and he really enjoyed himself. Kept us updated on how he was getting on. He doesn't usually get on with kennels but the service that jo offers was perfect for him. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks again

Joanne looked of my jack Russell for 2 weeks and was amazing from drop of to pick up, she made us feel very at ease about leaving him as we haven’t left him before, she takes amazing care of all her dogs and makes them fell part of her family, I will 100% be using her service again and would have no problem with recommending her to other people.. fantastic

I boarded my Scottish terrier Maggie at jo’s House for 2 weeks. I felt very comfortable leaving my four legged friend there. Jo looked after her so well, provided me with updates whilst I was away. She is a true dog lover and I would definitely recommend her, really lovely lady.

Jo looked after our dog all day and overnight while we attended our son’s wedding. First time we have left him but we had visited Jo’s house before and felt very confident he would be happy and well looked after. It was great to be able to leave him in someone’s home rather than kennels and he was very calm and happy when we picked him up. I would definitely recommend Jo and ask her again if needed.

we cannot fault Joanne’s care of our special dog Lucy , a 7year old Beagle. Lucy is very sensitive and can’t stay in kennels because it causes her too much stress, but she always comes home from rovers and kitty’s happy and relaxed so I know she has been given the best care and treated like one of the family while she is there. We also love the updates and photos of Lucy while we are away. We Feel very fortunate to find this on our doorstep.

I couldn't recommend Joanne enough, she looked after my two english bulldogs for two weeks whilst we was on holiday and she was amazing, they didn't want to come home!!! She made me feel very confident that my dogs would be well looked after and I will be using her again soon.
