We are delighted to have found Paws 4 thought. Our dog Annie was so well looked after by Anne and her family. It was clear that Annie was very happy and relaxed from the lovely photos and videos that Anne sent us. It really gave us peace of mind to know that our beloved dog was having a holiday of her own and was being so well cared for. We completely trust Paws 4 thought and cannot recommend them highly enough.

When we moved to Knutsford 2 years ago we previously had a great home boarder for our dog, Jack. We were concerned that we could find a new place for him and came across Anne after lots of trials and research. He loves to take his breaks with her family and she kindly sends photos and video clips of his walks and adventures! She is totally reliable and we would be lost without her.

Anne feeds and changes the litter tray for our two cats whilst we are on holiday. It's a fantastic alternative to using a cattery. Our cats are happy at home and still receiving great care. Anne sends regular updates which we really appreciate. The cats are much happier at home which helps us relax more on holiday. Thanks Anne.

Friendly & safe boarding in a lovely rural setting. We have left our dog Daisy a number of times, she is always happy to stay & Ann keeps in touch via WhatsApp.

I was so pleased to find Anne! My two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels had a wonderful time staying with her in her lovely home whilst we were away. Anne is very kind-hearted and I felt confident leaving the dogs in her care. She sent regular updates and photographs to us which helped us enjoy our holiday knowing that the pooches were looked after and happy. Thank you Anne!

Anne has looked after our pets for a number of years and I would highly recommend this service. She is reliable and trustworthy, the cats are always happy when we return (compared to awful experiences with catteries) and she will go the extra mile to make sure they're well cared for. She sends regular updates which are greatly appreciated.

I have used Paws4Thought for both long and short stays over the last 2 years for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I would highly recommend Anne ( and her family) if you are looking for a home atmosphere for your dog whilst you are away. Anne only takes a couple of dogs at any one time so your pet is assured of personal attention. They are treated like one of the family with lots of affection and walks. My dog Milo loves playing with Anne's Schnauzer Martha and Anne is not fazed by his picky eating habits. In fact he probably eats more at Anne's with Martha as his role model than he does at home ! Milo is very at ease in Anne's lovely home and garden and this is obvious from the photos & videos that Anne always sends us whilst we are away. I don't have any qualms about leaving Milo in Anne's capable hands, he really enjoys his holiday stays at Crabtree Farm. I feel very fortunate to have found Paws4Thought.

My 4 year old Morkie has had a wonderful stay with Anne and her family. Anne sent me pictures and videos of him on his many walks playing happily alongside their own dog, Martha. I can highly recommend Paws4thought for anyone wishing for a home-from-home for their pet.

It's been so lovely to find such a wonderful loving home for our dog Ruby to stay while we are away. I couldn't bear to put her in kennels so finding Anne has been fantastic. Ruby is well cared for and always happy to go and stay in Anne's beautiful home in country surroundings. It's lovely to receive updates and pictures while we are on holiday to put our minds at rest. I would not hesitate to recommend Anne to anyone who wants that extra special care for their little dog.

We were naturally worried about leaving our much loved dog Pepi for two weeks. As soon as we met Anne and her family,we felt instantly welcome, and most of all our dog Pepi made himself at home playing with Martha,a loving little schnauzer. While we were away Anne kept us in touch with video messages and text updates on Pepi's stay! Thank you Anne and family for looking after Pepi, and you will definately see us again!

Thanks very much Ann for looking after Radley last week. I was a little apprehensive leaving him somewhere new but I shouldn't have worried as it was obvious straightaway he was in very capable hands. He settled in very quickly and loved your dog Martha who is now his new best friend! I recommend Ann and her family to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay for their pet and they can be assured it will be very well cared for including plenty of exercise. Radley will be back!!

Jasper had the most wonderful stay with Ann and her family, especially with their lovely schnauzer Martha! After previously not having the best experience with home boarding, I was thrilled to find Ann and it was obvious when we collected Jasper after 11 days that he had a 5 star stay! Thank you so much, and I would not hesitate to leave Jasper with Ann again :)

Wonderful to find such lovely home boarding. Anne and her family live in beautiful countryside and obviously know and care about dogs. Our dog Tara made herself at home in no time and was really happy and content when we picked her up. Anne's friendly and professional - a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

Dexter ,the terrier has had a fabulous stay at Crabtree farm . Dog heaven ! Anne and the family ensure plenty of exercise with their dog Martha going on 4 or 5 walks a day .Walks are started straight from the front door down lovely country lanes or directly into their very large private field .26/12/15

What a relief to find Ann. We couldn't imagine putting our baby in kennels in a cage so when we found Ann and met Martha who is so laid back with other dogs, we were extremely relieved. Having worried when we left him - we needn't have bothered - it was obvious that Alfie had fallen in love with the family. I have no hesitation in leaving him with them for two months while we are abroad next year. ( if she will have him!) definitely a wonderful home from home.

From John & Virginia on

From the moment we met Anne, we knew that our 12 year old dog, Pippin, would be extremely relaxed and content in her capable hands. He made himself very much at home and although pleased to see us on our return, did wonder about extending his visit! It has been such a relief to find a another dog lover who is happy to care for your pet in their own home and we already have plans for a return visit later this year.
