All Paws is unique holiday destination for all your small pets. Having been running for 6 years we have the highest standards of cleanliness and care with an extensive returning customer base. Katie the owner is qualified in Small Pet Health and Safety and prides herself on ensuring all pets, no matter how small are given the best care possible. All Pets have a care plan completed before their stay this ensures their individual needs are catered for.
We are fully insured and have a very good relationship with our local vet whom we would use with out hesitation if we thought your pet was ill whilst you are away. We have a new face book page to allow you to see your pets whilst you are away with our regularly uploaded images, this has proved extremely popular with all of our customers! Now taking Summer 2016 bookings for our highly sought after Penthouses.

Accommodation:

All Paws has a bespoke under cover space with hutches to cater for Bunnies, Guinea Pigs, chickens, chinchillas and other small pets. (The Bunny B & B) Our Rooster Run is a bespoke area for Chickens and rabbits but can also double up as an extra large run for bunnies and guinea pigs if required. This is covered to ensure protection from adverse weather along with a protected area to run if the weather is too wet to visit the orchard. There are a range of hutches hutches available for up to three bonded pets which are also in the under cover area. An indoor area is also available for smaller more delicate pets such as hamsters, rats, Chinchillas and caged birds and rabbits and Guinea Pigs during the cooler months.

Exercise:

All Paws is set in a rural 6 acres of land, including 5 acres of grazing space, 1 acre of orchard and 1 acre of formal gardens. This allows your pet to experiences a range of settings during their stay and to take exercise. We are continuously improving our facilities to ensure the best accommodation is available for your pet. Since developing our Rooster Run, we have added more landscaping around the bunnary and invested in more penthouses as these are so popular with our customers every year. If its a penthouse your looking for please book soon as I already have limited availability for the Summer.

Health & Hygiene:

All pets are cleaned spot cleaned every day . All hutches are disinfected using kennel approved disinfectant before a new resident arrives. Each time the hutch is cleaned, which can be daily if needed we use a fly strike protector to reduce the chance of fly strike. (A serious condition especially in hot weather) Along with this we regularly check your pets bottom as this is an area that can get sticky and sometimes needs additional cleaning. This is never problem as we regularly groom and clean our boarders if they need it. This helps to give you peace of mind in especially hot weather that your bunnies will receive the care they need.

All of our hen houses are regularly treated for red mite as this is very important during the summer months to prevent infestations.

Fresh hay , food, vegetables, fruit and water are provided daily. In our care plan we ask what type of veg and fruit your pet prefers to enable us to ensure they have a consistent diet whilst away from home. All of our food is locally sourced as we believe in supporting local businesses in our area.

To help prevent illness and infection we require a copy of the vaccination certificates for VHD and Myxomatosis, also evidence of 6-month/yearly booster. It is advised that you use a worming treatment for your rabbit annually.

If we feel your pet is ill, we take them to our local vets who work in collaboration with us to ensure your pet receives the best care. We will always advise you of this if you want us to whilst you are on holiday and our policies around pet care are included in our care plan.

Katie recently took care of our two bunnies and Chinchillas. It was like a home from home. She text my little boy as he was very upset to leave his pets which was great to reassure him on holiday. The pets were all kept very cleaned and clearly well cared for when we returned from holiday.

We left our pet hamster Boris here while we went on holiday for just over a week, as my son had not long had the hamster and was upset to leave him behind, so I called Katie. Katie was friendly and lovely to deal with from the first time i made contact with her. Boris had a lovely time and Katie made sure Boris was well looked after and did everything that i asked, Katie sent us text messages and photos while we were away which put my son at ease. Its a fabulous place for small animals and will definately be recommending this to my friends. Boris will be returning when we go on holiday again. Thankyou Katie

When we needed a weeks boarding for our house rabbit Alfie, we phoned several places first and were impressed with the response from All Paws. This followed through when we visited to see the facilities and we were very taken with the knowledge, approach and commitment shown by the owner Katie. Alfie stayed for the week and we were very pleased with all aspects of the centre. He will be going back again when we are next away.

All paws is a place to leave your small animals! I recently had my house bunny stay a week and she was very happy there. The staff are very very friendly and take into consideration all of your pets needs and requirements. I highly recommend all paws to anyone looking for safe, bespoke boarding for their pet :)

I went along to visit Katie with a view to boarding our two rabbits, Revel and Crunchie, with her. On arrival Katie showed us around. There was ample outside areas on grass and indoor hutches for night or inclement weather. It was all very clean and friendly, on leaving I felt I had known her for ever. I did not hesitate, both rabbits stayed for the two weeks we were away. It was like home from home!!

I can highly recommend Katie after she looked after our two guinea pigs over the holidays. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about small animals as well as friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the trouble she went to to reassure the children and answer their questions. They picked up a lot of tips and enjoyed being kept up to date with photos on the website etc... Many thanks Katie - we will definitely be back next hols!

Our guinea-pigs, Sandy and Whiskers have stayed with Katie for ten days. They have thoroughly enjoyed their stay and were extremely happy when they came back. We loved the way Katie answered all of our questions, kept in contact with us and kept us informed of how they were all the way through their stay. She also very kindly sent us a smile box containing pictures of Sandy and Whiskers. We are very happy with the care she has given to our pets and would happily trust her to look after them again. Thank you Katie.

We left Gonzo and Lee our chinchillas at All Paws for 2 weeks and couldn't have been more pleased with the care given to our animals. We even received texts during our holidays to let us know how our chins were getting on. They were also very flexible with picks up and drop offs to accomdate our flights. Would definitely recommend and we will be using All Pawas again!
