About our Small Pet Boarding

We board: RabbitsGuinea PigsBirdsReptilesHamsters, Mice etc.Ferrets

Based in New Mills, High Peak of Derbyshire, Critter Creche looks after your small pets while you are away.

Many people are lucky enough to have friends or relatives to look after their pets when they, for whatever reason, are unable to do so, however, for many people this is not the case and there is nothing worse than realising as a holiday approaches, that there is no one you can trust to care for your pet.

Accommodation:

We have various accommodation on offer for your pet.

We have a large insulated summerhouse for our rabbits and guinea-pigs.

There is different sized accommodation within the summerhouse. Larger pens with outdoor space ideal for bunnies or guineas and small indoor pens for guineas.

Exercise:

You bunny or guinea pig has exercise to their own run from 8am in the morning until dark.

Health & Hygiene:

Hutches are cleaned daily.

Fresh food and water provided in the morning.

Evening supper consisting of hay and greens.

We use f10 vet preferred cleaner.

Prices vary, drop off and collection days also incur the daily rate.

Other Services

If you need help transporting your pet to the vets or our boarding facility, we can provide a pick up and drop off service. Please ask for details.

Critter Creche always provides my bunnies with the best care and it’s a small price to pay for peace of mind. Whilst I am away I know my pets are looked after, clean and happy. If I leave them with friends I just worry that I’m inconveniencing them but with Jo I can just book what I need and not think about it again.
