About Our Boarding Service:

My aim is to provide the best care possible for your pets during their holiday here. Each animal will have its own individual requirements noted and instructions from you will be strictly followed. You have my assurance that your pet will be treated as one of my own during its stay

Accommodation:

Sizes of cages vary from 4ft to 7ft for rabbits of varying sizes, (although guidelines are that 6 x 2 x 2 is the minimum size for most buns plus run)
House rabbits are treated as just that, house rabbits, usually 'free ranging' where possible.
Guinea Pigs can be indoors or outside and they are usually in a 5 ft hutch.

Exercise:

Runs are all on slabs. This prevents any burrowing out ( for escape artists ) and also for hygiene. Rabbits have as much exercise as weather permits. Some hutches have a run attached whereas others do not, in which case run areas are allocated either indoors or outside. Runs are made up as large as possible but usually at least 6 x 3 or 8 x 4 with toys and tunnels.
Guinea Pigs have indoor and outdoor access.....

Health & Hygiene:

Myxo vaccination is necessary .
Any medication needing to be administered and the procedure involved during your pets stay must be explained when booking ( at no extra cost)
All runs are on concrete slabs.This prevents any potential escapees burrowing out ! It also enables me to see any changes in your animals urine or faeces which could be a possible cause for concern and may be missed if they were on grass.
