About our Small Pet Boarding

We board: RabbitsGuinea PigsHamsters, Mice etc.

I have always loved animals and had a wide variety of pets since I was small. I work from home as a Guinea Pig Groomer and an Avon Representative and Team Leader, so I am always available to check on your pets to give them lots of fuss and attention. I currently have 9 Guinea Pigs.

I have completed an online Course in Animal Care and have over 40 years experience with animals.

I have experience with breeding and bonding.

I started Hoppy Guinea Holidays and Guinea Pig Grooming With Lisa on 20th July 2017.

Accommodation:

I have hutches with covers, they are suitable for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs, they are situated outside in the back garden with a secure, alarmed, locked gate and security lights. I have an insulated Summerhouse that can be heated, with hutches and I can also provide hutch heaters all at no extra cost.

I will also provide cosy sacks, igloos and covers/blankets, bottles, bowls, litter trays etc.

For Rats, Gerbils, Hamsters and Mice, please supply their dried food.

I will supply fresh fruit, vegetables and hay, I will require you to supply their dried food.

For bedding for Guinea Pigs and Rabbits I will use newspaper and hay, if you would like anything else please supply and feel free to bring any beds and toys your pets might like.

Exercise:

I have runs that your pets can use on the grass when the weather is warm and suitable and I will provide shade, I can also add runs to hutches, they will all have covers.

Health & Hygiene:

All hutches are disinfected in between use. All cosy sacks, bowls bottles, litter trays etc will be clean.

I will contact you if your pet shows signs of being unwell, I can take it to my local Vets if this is your wish, you will need to reimburse me on your return. I have a Care Sheet and Terms and Conditions that I will supply and ask you to read through and sign before your pet's stay.

I can also administer any medication as required.

Rats, Gerbils, Hamsters and Mice from £3.50 per night.

I can accept cash or bank transfer, I would ask for half upfront and the remainder when you collect your pets.

I make Cosy Sacks and Rabbit Mats using thick wadding for warmth and comfort. I also make Hay Bags, Ice Pack and Pouches, foam Tunnels and Tubes.

I can offer a Pet Taxi, I can collect your pets and bring them back to you after their stay, at an additional cost of 30p per mile.
