Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel

Our two pampered house buns stayed with Chris and Bev for over 2 weeks in May 2023. We had never left our bunnies with professionals before but felt it had become necessary to leave them with carers who had the 'know how' to comprehensively care for these complex exotic furries known as rabbits! We got exactly what we were looking for and more at Boo Boos. Firstly, Chris and Bev are fantastic communicators and nothing is too much trouble. Secondly, they are clearly extremely knowledgeable and are passionate about what they do. Thirdly, and the most important, is they care, they really do, they will look after your furry just like you do, or dare I say it, better, as they are so experienced. The environment is wonderful. Large penthouses in the countryside with lots of stimulating toys. It's kept spotless and very secure. There are only 6 pens so Chris and Bev can give your furries all the attention they need. It was such a relief to know our bunnies were completely content in the best hands and we would have no hesitation in recommending Boo Boos Bunny Boarding to anyone who wants the absolute best for their buns.

Bev and Chris have been looking after our buns, on and off, for the past 12years. As my buns age and develop age related issues - I love that I can send them to Boo Boos to receive a ‘home from home' care experience. My worries about leaving the buns are laid to rest by fabulous updates I receive (including videos). Bev is so knowledgeable and so kind. Both highly valued by us and the buns! We were even able to drop a microwave off this winter, so our buns could have snugglesafes heated to keep them toasty (just as they are used to being). We researched a number of places to board our bunny Archie and based on previous reviews we selected Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel and we are so very glad we did. Chris and Bev are amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they are professional and they put our minds at rest as this was the first time we had boarded Archie. They sent us lots of updates and videos of Archie throughout his stay which were lovely for us to see. This is a five star place for any bunnies to stay and rest assured they will be looked after perfectly. We can't thank Chris and Bev enough for everything they have done and we won't be letting Archie stay anywhere else; in fact we have already booked Archie in for next year to make sure he stays at Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel.

Our beloved bunny Petal has stayed at Boo Boo's, on many occasions. Chris & Bev are superb hosts, being very welcoming and knowledgeable. They provide excellent care and attention for Petal, in safe, warm and spotlessly clean accommodation and even have the radio on during the day for background noise. Petal is always so loved and given lots of fuss and very surprisingly, settles in immediately! We receive regular video updates which are brilliant and so very reassuring when you're away on holiday. I would not hesitate in recommending Boo Boo's - a definite 5 star rated bunny hotel.

Our 2 bunnies stayed with Chris and Bev for 10 days and they were so well looked after. They always had plenty to eat and drink and lots of other little friends around, and they had background music on all day!! We actually thought they would not want to come home!! I love Boo boo bunny Hotel in Cheshire and I wouldn't board my rabbit hagrid anywhere else. Nothing is too much when they care for your rabbit and they have a very good understanding of different rabbits temperaments and personalities. My rabbit can be a little challenging at times and as the vets says very feisty, so I was worried about boarding her but Chris and Bev were brilliant with her. They respected her individual diet and kept me update throughout her stay with lovely videos which made my day as I missed my little fur baby so much. I have boarded my other rabbits in the past with them and I just won't go anywhere else. I just can't recommend them enough.

Boo boo's is our bunnies favourite second home. We have no hesitation in leaving him there knowing that his care will be second to none. It's a real home from home and Chris and Bev will make sure your bunny has everything they need, from much needed cuddles , fresh hay in abundance, heat or cool air depending on the time of year and of course the radio is always on to keep them company. Love getting bunny updates on video too whilst we are away, which always reassure us. Been visiting Boo boo's for years and will continue to do so. Can't recommend enough.

Boo Boos is a wonderful rabbit hotel. It has lovely accommodation which is kept clean, providing a caring and happy environment for rabbits. The owners Bev and Chris truly devote themselves to providing a loving home from home experience. I've used Boo Boo's for over 10 years. They are amazing, proper home from home, with lovely penthouses and lots of toys. Bev and Chris are so lovely and have loads and of experience and treat each bunny as if it was their own. When my bunnies are at Boo Boo's I'm able to enjoy my holiday and relax without worrying about them. Bev sends regular WhatsApp pictures and videos, which is lovely to see. I'm so glad we found Boo Boo's.

We have been using Boo boo's boarding for over 10years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Chris and Bev have a wonderful knowledge of animals and give them the best care possible when we are away. Our buns had heart conditions requiring medication daily and Bev and Chris went above and beyond to make sure they got their meds and had wonderful stays each and every time they visited. Boo boos have looked after our rabbits, guineas and hamsters over the years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals. They send regular updates and photos as well for peace of mind.

Our precious little house bunny Bluebell has had her first holiday at booboos 5 star plus hotel, Chris and Bev are the nicest caring couple and run the most amazing retreat, we felt so happy leaving Bluebell in there care. Bev kept us updated with little videos and pictures so kind of her, and so appreciated just wonderful to see Bluebell enjoying her stay. Accommodation is very clean and welcoming. This is not the first time I have boarded my rabbits here and I would not board them any where else. Bev and Chris are amazing with them and understand that each bunny has their own unique characteristics. Boo boo is amazing Bev and Chris go over and above and give your bunny 110% while we were away on holiday recently our bunny had problems with his teeth and was very sick. Bev and Chris spotted it took him to the vets and gave him his medication and syringe fed him all over and above what they needed to do they saved our bunnies life and I will never be able to thank them enough. They contacted me every day to keep me informed and were truly fantastic. This is the place to go if you want to be able to relax in the knowledge that your pet is in excellently good hands the care and love that they provide is amazing. Boo boos bunny hotel is 100 percent a 5* rating. Bevand Chris went above and beyond to meet not just our special demands on catering and caring for our 1yo lop ear, and hamster but for us too. We feel we have made new freinds in the process. They looked after our lop ear and hamster with excellent care sending pictures videos and updates everyday providing care and love to both him and his hamster sister. We really reccomend this hotel for small fur babies.

Firstly, please note that I am a totally paranoid obsessive bunny mum! I have never left any of my rabbits with anyone other than my mum, until this September, when unfortunately my mum was unwell and unable to bunnysit. After spending hours on the internet looking at my options, I came across Booboos... Booboos is absolutely the best place you could leave your rabbit/s. My partner and I went to visit beforehand, and Bev and Chris immediately put me at ease. I felt totally confident about leaving Molly in their care within 10 minutes of being there. They are such lovely, dedicated people who obviously care a great deal about the pets they are looking after. Molly stayed at Booboos for 16 days, it was the first time she had been away from home (she’s 7 years old), and she was absolutely fine :) Bev sent me photos and videos on WhatsApp of Molly exploring and eating, which made me feel so much better and able to relax! You really don’t need to look any further for bunny boarding once you’ve found this place. Molly is booked in again for January!

Our 2 adored and treasured bunnies had the pleasure of boarding at Boo Boo’s Bunny Hotel at the end of August 2018. I am very particular about lodgings for our pets, and this did not disappoint! I could not find fault with Boo Boo’s. Bev & Chris are so meticulous and devoted to the care and well being of all their animal guests. The lodgings are clean, fresh, healthy and incredibly loving. If Bev and Chris were anymore devoted to these fur buns, they would grow two ears and sprout whiskers themselves! Worth every single penny for the total peace of mind whilst away on our family holiday. Sandie and Pip-Squeak had a lovely time, and will without doubt be back again for another holiday at Boo Boo’s Bunny Hotel. Huge thank you to you both!!!!

Our bunny Peanut as stayed at Bunny Boos boos twice. I am so attached and struggle leaving him with anyone but Bev and Chris as so caring and wonderful that i felt instantly less anxious. I got whatsapps messages everyday with updates and pictures of Peanut and how he was getting on. He loves cuddles and obviously got lots as he didnt want to come home. I cant recommend Boos Boos highly enough it really is a home from home and due to Bev and Chris's expertise with bunnies you can be reassured that they couldnt be cared for any better. They completely understand your concerns about leaving your pets and take alot of time to help to reassure you. I would not send my bunny anywhere else.

We left our lively energetic 10 month old mini lop at Boo Boo hotel and I did feel anxious leaving him behind as it was the first time leaving him with someone else. I did not have to worry his penthouse room was big, clean and bright and Opie was able run, jump and do binkys 🐇! Plenty of toys and I did leave some of Opie's toys so he had something he was familiar with, whilst away Bev sent texts and pictures on how he was doing which reassured me. Since bringing Opie back home he seemed more confident and affectionate, if he could only talk and tell me what his neighbour rabbits have taught him! I highly recommend this hotel it is obvious Bev and Chris love their rabbit guests and they are very thorough on knowing the habits and needs of Opie, hotel set in a beautiful location and will definitely use them again.

Jakey enjoyed his first time at Boo Boo's recently and we could enjoy our holiday, relaxed knowing that he was in a safe and cared for environment! The pre and during Jakeys' stay communication with Chris was excellent, very informative and kept us up to date with some photos and videos via what's app whilst we were away so we could see all was ok. Chris and Bev have a wealth of knowledge about rabbit health and care, which really helped us relax. It was the first time I've ever left Jakey anywhere but I will have no hesitation in booking him back in again in the future, the facilities (especially the penthouse pens) are excellent!

We love boo boos bunny hotel, our rabbit has been visiting for about 6-7 years now and he loves it as hes gotten older his health has deteriorated but even with all the meds he takes and the odd bottom bath he needs I know Bev and Chris go the extra mile to meet his needs and really put our mind at ease when we go on holiday. We travel for an hour to get to Boo boos but it's worth the travel to know our bun is safe and happy. Most of the time he doesn't even want to come home. Thanks for all the care you give him guys!! They are so dedicated to their clients and their pets that I can go on holiday and relax knowing that they are in completely safe and reliable hands. We have been bringing our own Boo bunny to Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel for a number of years now. We can always rely on the owners to look after our bunny as if she was their own. They have extensive knowledge of rabbit behaviour and health and we enjoy our regular updates via text, photo and video. Boo always enjoys her time in her spacious penthouse suite which is always clean and with lots of toys to play with. She likes to see the other bunnies in their penthouses and often sulks when we bring her back home!

Our Guinea pigs have just spent their first holiday at Booboos and i have been so impressed with the wonderful care and attention that they received from Chris and Bev. One of our pigs had had a big operation 10 days before and I was slightly concerned about leaving her even though she was recovering well. Chris and Bev couldn't have given her better care than I was. They were happy to give her her medications when required and sent me regular photos and texts letting me know how she and our other pigs were doing. The accommodation chalet they stayed in was beautifully kept and very clean and their hutches had lots of hay in to hide in, sleep in and eat. Would absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend Boo Boos as their care and attention is incredible. A wonderful place where you can be confident your pets will get first class care.

After trawling the web for suitable accommodation for my then 4 bunnies (2 of which were house buns), I came across Bev and Chris by chance. Ever since then having been using this fantastic place for the past 5 years, even though it's a good hour round trip. Simply wouldn't go anywhere else! With plenty of experience and knowledge of animals, they simply give 100% love and attention to every visitor. Happy to also to administer medication which is bonus! Attention to detail is faultless, regular text updates is a bonus (peace of mind) and the care they have for each individual is endless. Now that there is just Carrot, the old lady that loves nothing more than a good fuss, she didn't go without recently. Thank you for everything! Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!!!

We have to travel a 50 mile round trip to Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel and it is well worth it. There are rabbit facilities closer to home but we would not leave our Bobby anywhere else now. The 'Penthouses' are very spacious, very clean and well equipped with tunnels and stools. Plenty of fresh straw and hay with regular treats. Whatsapp is used to send regular photos and updates to keep you at ease on how your bunny is doing. A fantastic place for your rabbit to stay while you are away. Highly recommended.

We have boarded all our 3 beloved bunnies at Boo Boo's for a number of years. Although it is an hours drive away for us, from our first visit, we knew it was the place we could feel at ease leaving our buns. Bev and Chris are like minded lovers of bunnies and other furries and their attention to detail makes your bunny feel right at home. Regular updates are always welcome, especially of late when our bunny Jasper became unwell whilst we were away on holiday. Bev and Chris went out of their way to make sure Jasper got the treatment he needed and nursed him back to health. Their facilities are always clean and tidy and if I was a bunny that is where I would take my hols!!! Don't hesitate to leave your treasured pets here, they will thank you for it!

We left our 2 year old male rabbit (Bilbo) at Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel and he seemed to settle in very quickly. He had plenty of space to run around and chill. We received daily updates on how he was doing and he looked very well looked after and happy. The housing environment looked safe, secure and very rabbit friendly. I would highly recommend this rabbit housing to anyone who asked.

"What a wonderful place", we have used Boo Boo's a few time now for our 4 rather pampered bunnies, and they love it. They stay in the luxury penthouses and as soon as they arrive they hop out of their carriers and away they go. Bev always remembers everything about them all, even down to putting the radio on for Rosie to listen to and lots of toys for Bonnie & Clyde to play with. Honey especially loves Boo Boo's and I think she'd be quite happy to stay with Bev & Chris forever. So pleased to have had Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel recommended to us as we were struggling to find a suitable place and someone to care for our very human friendly and attention seeking bunny Jacob. As Jacob had been through a recent life-saving bladderstone operation, I was hoping to find someone with rabbit knowledge also and it gave me great peace of mind to know that he would be looked after and kept a close eye on whilst I was away. Also, brilliant to know Jacob could get vet care organised quickly if needed! Very pleased to say that Jacob has stayed at Boo Boo's hotel twice now and has enjoyed his time immensely with Bev and Chris. Both are fantastic, very welcoming and Bev has been brilliant, giving our Jacob lots of fuss and attention. Have to mention that the penthouses that Jacob stays in are wonderful. Very well made, excellent size and able to accommodate all his favourite toys and belongings!! The penthouses also offer good separation between each pen but still allows good visibility of the other bunnies. Finally, just to say that the hotel itself is set in lovely surroundings and was great to see the three lovely white duck residents too!! We have a very spoilt but much loved house rabbit named Fudge who is never caged at home. Trying to find somewhere suitable to board him while we were away was a nightmare. When I found Chris & Bev at Boo Boo's I knew instantly that I'd found his 'home away from home'. Chris & Bev look after him, love him & spoil him just as much as we do when he goes to stay and I think they now know him as well as we do. He is not the easiest of bunnys to care for but there is nothing he has thrown at Chris & Bev that they haven't been able to deal with...and believe me he's tried!!! Leaving Fudge at Boo Boo's means we can relax knowing he'll he as happy & relaxed when we pick him up as he was when we dropped him off - if not more so. We have been leaving Fudge with Chris & Bev for nearly 3yrs now and would never consider leaving him anywhere else. Once you've experienced Boo Boo's you've found the best and nothing else will do. I can't recommend Boo Boo's highly enough and I know Fudge agrees. Thanks Chris & Bev

My big grumpy bun Luke has a unique personality requiring a lot of time & attention due to his medical conditions. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease leaving him in the care of Bev and Chris. They cared for him (and my guinea pigs) as if he were their own. Just knowing they were happy and thoroughly well looked after (and fed!) really made a difference when I had to spend time away from them. Boo's provided them with so much more than just a place to stay. Having tried other small pet boarding before, it really is unique to find such a wonderful place with dedicated & loving staff, set in the perfect peaceful location. I am sure we will visit Boo Boo's for years to come.

I can't recommend Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel highly enough. I leave my beloved rabbits - Raspberrie and Crackers - there several times a year while I holiday with my family, safe in the knowledge that they are being well looked after and cared for as I would care for them. Bev and Chris ensure that the hotel is spotlessly clean and professionally run and my rabbits have always come back healthy and very happy. My bunnies see Boo Boo's as their second home and Bev as their second mum!

I spent a long time searching the internet to find boarding facilities for my 2 rabbits, Albus and Luna. I doubted the cleanliness of some places and after to speaking to another place on the phone, I knew I wouldn't be happy taking my bunnies there. When I came across Boo Boo's website I was very impressed and booked them in straight away. On arrival Chris and Bev were so friendly and helpful, and I knew instantly I had made the right decision. I have used their facilities twice now and would never go elsewhere. It is clear they adore their guests and nothing is too much trouble for them. My rabbits happily jumped into their penthouses and within minutes were chomping on hay and playing in the tubes! When I picked them up they looked so happy and it was clear Bev had spent lots of time with them so I was over the moon. Chris and Bev made it clear I was welcome to check in with them while I was away so we exchanged a few emails about how they were doing, which was so kind. I cannot recommend them enough, and I'm sure my bunnies would think the same! Thanks Chris and Bev!

It's hard to describe the dilemma you have when looking for somewhere for your beautiful bunnies to stay. On one hand you dont really want to leave them, but on the other a holiday is sometimes needed. After visiting quite a few bunny hotels, some of which were really impressive, we came upon Boo Boo's. After meeting Bev and Chris and seeing their wonderful facilities we came away feeling we had found the place for our boys to stay. After dropping our Piko and Sooty off for their first holiday at Boo Boos and many tears (us), Bev and Chris could not have been more understanding and caring, they assured us that it was no problem for us to call to see how our boys were doing, and there was just something about them that made us feel we had made the right decision. This was confirmed when we picked up two very happy bunnies, so happy that Bev had to go and coax them into their carrier, Bev and Chris's caring ways and the fact that they have their own bunnies, not to mention the photos given to us of our boys' first hols away from home has made us 100% that when we go away Boo Boo's is without a doubt the very best place for bunnies!

We have a much loved and pampered house rabbit called Sunny, when we had her we searched far and wide for a holiday home for her and we finally came across Bev and Chris at Boo Boos. We went and looked around and met Bev and Chris and instantly knew we had found Sunny's holiday home. It is a Home and not a kennels, there is so much love given to all who reside there and the care is outstanding. The peace of mind it gives makes the 3-hour round trip worthwhile. Nothing is too much trouble and any quirk is dealt with a smile, Sunny’s or ours! We can’t recommend Boo Boo’s enough, wonderful location and wonderful people.

What can I say other than can I stay too ? ( and believe me I have asked !) I have used Boo Boo's now on quite a number of occasions and can't thank Bev and Chris enough for the love and care that they have shown to my bunnies (past and present), nothing is too much trouble .... so much so my rabbits have never wanted to leave! (They have sulked for days after arriving home) The accommodation and the care at Boo Boo's is First Class and I would recommend Boo Boo's to all.

Bev and Chris offer an exceptional service at Boo Boo's in fantastic purpose built facilities. They take time to find out all about your pet's habits and routine and make it a home from home for your pet. I have no worries leaving my piggies at Boo Boo's. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We took our elderly house bunny to Boo Boo's for a week. We were a bit anxious as she has a few health needs and thrives on lots of attention at home. Our anxieties were immediately relieved - Chris & Bev clearly love bunnies and treated Bertha exactly as they do their own, nothing was too much trouble. Within 10 minutes of arriving at her holiday home Bertha was completely settled in, with plenty of toys & treats to keep her happy & active. When we collected her we were delighted to find that Bertha was still happy & healthy, and that Bev had obviously spent time with Bertha as she reported little characteristics & behaviour that wouldn't be obvious to anyone who didn't bother getting to know Bertha. They'd even gone out & bought her extra green beans as they discovered how much she liked them! Needless to say, Bertha sulked when we brought her home! We will have no hesitation in taking Bertha back to Boo Boo's again; it's by far the best choice out there.

We feel so lucky to have Boo Boo's Bunny Hotel. I never thought I would feel happy leaving my bunnies anywhere when I went away, but at Boo Boo's I truly feel that they are card for as if they were their own. Buddy and Cleo always have a lovely time and look really relaxed in their penthouse. Bev and Chris are lovely and so welcoming. I would definatley recomend BooBoo's for Bunny boarding :-)

this is the most amazing place for bunnies i have 2 coral and billy the picture was taken at boo boos and they love it here,chris and bev who own it absolutely adore there guests and provide pure luxury for them nothing is to much trouble and the premises are outstanding...i pamper my bunnies and im totally at ease knowing there being treated the same when they holiday here its worth every penny and the owners are amazing people cant praise them enough im sure there is no other place that matches up to boo boos :)
