About our Boarding Kennel

** Please note that we will be closed from middle of December and month of January every year for a break, and refurbishment. Apologies for the inconvenience. **

I am a registered nurse midwife who has changed her career into opening a boarding kennels, cattery, and providing accommodation for small pets, and horses for their holidays. I have many years of experience in animal care small, and large, and have been supported and recommended by the local vets. The business has been set up on an eleven acre smallholding, where i have always wanted to work from home, and be with animals.

There are twelve heated kennels, five which can accomodate 2-3 dogs from the same home if consented by the owners to be together. They all have their individual sleeping areas and runs. There are two play areas one inside, and one outside. The kennels are situated in a secure building, within a secure farm yard, there are 2 doors to get in the building which are securely closed.

The dogs will be walked three times a day by the staff, and also will spend time in the large exercise areas.
The dogs are let out individually to run in the garden and paddock provided every 3 hours to be toileted.

Health & Hygiene:

The runs all have their individual drains in to prevent cross contamination, and will be cleaned regularly. All the dogs must have their vaccinations cards with them on booking, and be up to date including kennel cough, any medical conditions must be declared. The local vets who are up the road from the kennels will be providing on call service, and care.

Boarding Kennel Prices

£12 for dogs, and £8 for cats.
